4.Ram: Adata Gammix 3200 Mhz 8gb*2=Total 16gb.
5. Storage: Crucial P3 500gb nvme.
6. PSU: Gigabyte GP-P450B, 450 watt psu.

8GB vram should only be available to 50 series cards, not 60 series. 60 series must have 10,12GB at least
Last of us shutters on 3070 while runs fine in 3060 12gb

@@PCwalebro i need your help, I have same specs my GPU is running on 100% usage but only half performance. GeForce experience performance mode showing nothing in usage. While recording I'm getting 60-70 fps in valorant on Lowest settings, without recording only 120fps.
I did everything new drivers, reinstalling drivers but same issue.

Bhai it all depends on silicon quality and the ICs ... Agar achi quality ki achi IC mili hogi toh then aap karne ko 4000 mhz ya usse upar kr sakte ho ,verna atleast 3600 tak ho jana chaiye
