7600 is similar to 6650XT in performance with better AV1 encoder than prev gen

Go for it. I have one which I bought for 23k. 10gb vram, low Temps, extremely power efficient, and optimized drivers.
Also, mostly gigabyte and msi cards have issues in my experience. Sapphire is a very reliable maker. I had a Zotac card for almost 9 years, never failed. You can also undervolt your card for longevity and power savings.

@@toast001 I have a 3600 but you can go for whatever is in your budget. I think 5600 should be good enough for this card. You can enable smart access memory and get better fps as well.

Or thermal throttling issue of your cpu. (Solution : Buy a decent cooler for your processor)

Im having an issue installing a CPU cooler to an MSI Tomahawk Max B450. I have a ant esportsice c612 cpu cooler, and I cant seem to fit the mounting bracket; its as if the base of the cooler is sitting too high to allow it to clip onto both brackets.
the bracket cant quite fit onto the mounting points, as if the cooler is sitting too high. I have managed to just about get the stock cooler bracket to fit, but I cant even begin to close the clip so Im not sure if its sitting correctly.
The CPU is seated correctly and there doesnt appear to be an issue there.
Could anyone explain why I am having this issue?
