    Sir నా పిల్లలకు.14years బాబు,40kg
    12years పాపా,పాపా 55 kg,ఇద్దరు skating చేస్తారు. డైలీ 4hours practice, school, ki velli రావడం, చాలా కష్ట పడుతున్నారు. ఒళ్ళు నొప్పులు అని అంటున్నారు నాకు ఏంఆహారం పిల్లలకుపెట్టాలో నాకు తెలియడం లేదు . బలం ఇచ్చే ఆహారం, చెప్పండి sir🙏

    how many parents ask 'have you done exercise today dear' when they call their kids? only question they ask is 'have you eaten dear'. food is the last wellbeing for human body. Exercise and good sleep are the 2 most important aspect than food. Current generation parents has to change the attitude towards kids health..

      @@soujanyach8570 upto my knowledge mrng empty stomuch tho 1 glass water lo ACV oka spoon, chitikedu pasupu, nyt nanabettina half spoon menthulu,half piece lemon kalupukoni thagi 15 minutes ki pirikedu sprouts and nyt nanabettina dry fruits (almonds,wallnuts,pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds) except cashews,pista, dates thinali, then 30 mins walking, yoga, strength excersce as you like, every 2 hrs 1 glass water, lunch lo thakkuva quantity lo boilet millet meal with leafy green and vegitable curries, after luch 30 minutes ki 30 minuts walking is must, evng 1 cup green tea, nyt meal 1 pulka Or 1 chapati with less spice curry and 1 fruit(small apple/pears/small pachhi jamakaya) the after 30 minuts walk for 30 minuts enough👍
