AS always a great demonstration by the amazingly talented Kagawa Sensei. But I thought the Indonesian audience made the big difference. The Indonesians obvious love of karate & appreciation of the skill on display, made it even more exciting.
Thank you, you must be amazed to know how many Karate-Ka we have. Karate is spreading all over Indonesia archipelago. we have millions Karate-Ka in Indonesia. it is a very simple sport to join. Some Dojo's only charged 3$ per month to practice Karate

@@muhanaur8267 I agree. but like any martial arts, there are rules and restrictions. MMA is very effective in MMA, but maybe not in boxing rules or against someone with a knife. Likewise, in karate they score by points and train in weapons. I think its just a difference sport.
Real fighting happens when you push your keys into someone's eyeballs or ribcage. im not sure which martial arts would be better at doing that haha

But my point is that (relating to your original first coment) if we gave a karate guy or a muay thai guy or a MMA guy a knife, or a fork, or a broken bottle - it would be a more even fight than you think. "Real life" fighting is full of weapons and "scoring" is VERY important when no one has the contract/agreement to use gloved hands and no weapons.
