    You say no difference in intervals but you described some of the differences. Also, The race pro mode settings are also different, including things like screen memory and also while in race pro mode, you are able to use your Bluetooth connectivity. I feel there are huge differences between the two, imo of course.

  • @Lar308
    @Lar308 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I got a new old model m package in 2021 and I don't see any advantage in upgrading to the new bike especially as I don't do track days and I doubt I would ever trigger that slide assist on the road as I am too careful for that. It's not a really fair comparison though. The new bike is an M package top of the line model that is heavily modified from stock and that old model appears to be an unmodified base model? I think the real price difference between a new stock and old stock m package would only be about $4,000 / $5,000.

  • @MRR-qv3bw
    @MRR-qv3bw ปีที่แล้ว +1

    It all depends because I can easily sale parts I don't use and the upgraded version doesn't come with all the stock components I would flip to offset my upgrades or put up to put back on the bike when I sale it! I'm always thinking ahead and it simply comes down to the money I can save one way over the other. Loved the comparison video👍👍👍

    Not really an apples to apples comparison here. 22 has a few more standard options vs add ons for the 23, if I can remember correctly, I think the 23 I spec'd was 21,700 with the solo seat and TPMS add on, premium pack with destination. Black storm 22 sport was at the same dealer for 19,500, when the 23 came in at the dealer, the 22 had a 1k rebate also. The 23 is the perfect package, it's a low 20k M version and the better value. Both bikes get expensive with the dress up, 4500 for the M package and 5k in dealer add ons, so 11k - 9500 is the real difference. $1500 difference for a 23, no brainer!

    • @eazyrydermoto
      @eazyrydermoto  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes at the very end of the video I showed the price of the case model without add ons and I believe it was around 22.5 for non carbon m package

    I own this bike and i did not paid 30k. They did add some goodies but does not justify 11k increase. And the way that u present the price it almost sound like you saying or could be interpreted as the bike is 30k even with you saying there is a base model. I own this with M package and premium package and i paid 23k and i do no regret the price. There are more features of the 23 that you also did not cover such as the 5hp increase due to having the M head and air box, the quick shifter being smother, higher rev limiter and top speed vs older model. The wind screen is taller from factory no need to upgrade.

  • @warrenwills8524

    First the 23 is a m sport and the 22 is normal s1000rr so big price difference which is the carbon wheel 🛞 and billet package the same as my 23 m sport.
    And stop thinking that these wings provide downforce for traction no they are for high speed stability and to keep the front end from wanting to mono which mean you can give it more throttle. Bike's don't use downforce to gain mechanical grip like race cars.

    The 2022 and 2023 are roughly the same exact price. Take away the M package on that 2023 and the bike is right back down to the price of that 2022.

      @eazyrydermoto  ปีที่แล้ว

      I believe the price would be around 22.5k but yeah I think for the extra 3k I would probably get the 23

      I hear you but $30k for a fully modded S1k is not a bad price that’s bt tuned full ti Akra and carbon vs h2 stock and we all know a stock h2 is a waste of time lol 😂

    That’s not the price of the base one! And the M package on the 2022 it’s more expensive then the mineral grey. For me I rather have an base model 2023 it have the new look and more power, and more warranty

    2023 s1000rr is 70% m1000rr from 2022. The motor head is a M and the bottom block is K. That bike 30k cuz of the carbon. Get regular M package with forge wheel it’s 24k msrp

    2023 is the best option for me because of the M head and stacks. I would get the black one which is a base model starting at 18k then I'll add my own upgrades to the bike.
