I see that a lot of people don't understand the point of the video. I didn't mean that you should be alone for the rest of your life, or to embrace loneliness, and things like that. What I meant is that if you go on a solitary period for some time, you can make a ton of progress in your life. And afterwards, you will also be able to make better friends (which I probably forgot to talk about in the video).

Not really. This kind of period can make you happier if you do it the right way, especially if you used to have degenerate friends. I probably haven't explained my point well in the video.
