[Black Myth Wukong] Erlang Secret Boss Cheese KILL (NG+1) 黑神话 二郎神

- Stats priority:
Max Mana / Stamina / Hp and follow my other skill trees closely
Combat tips:
Phase 1: Dodge first 2 hits + 1x dog hit. Full light hit combo. Wait for a second and cast immobilize into Spirit combo followed by transformation. Unlike the other transformation, Erlang will not turn into his Tiger form which can immdiately turn your transformation off if he lands an attack on you.
Phase 2: Cast Cloudy step + Platinum Fan vessel and get him to next phase. During the phase transition spam your drinks (Note I am using the unique Gourd that grants Qi on each drink which allows me to use Platinum Fan again on Phase 4 (Full stagger shield recharge).
Phase 3: Cloudy step into pluck to many combo and get him low. I was lucky enough to land my full charge hit on him timed with other attacks which got him low and skipped phase 4. But if you are low level, he will still enter phase 4.
Phase 4: By now with the amount of drinks spammed during Phase 2 to Phase 3 transition, your Platinum Fan vessel should be up again and you can cloudy step into Platinum Fan combo to easily clear the boss.

Just tried it and i think they've patched the transformation bigman. Ive just tried the rock man transformation and he turned into an eagle grabbed me out of the transformation then proceeded to do a second grab and take half my health off
Is this only for NG +?
love to see he only did half the moveset against you and when i play its the whole celestial power thrown at me

@@Matthew-o8w He's on NG+ and way higher level if your on the first playthrough. The strategy is legit good but mind he hits harder and his defense is higher as well. Good luck man. I used this strat my first time beating Erlang but yeah I struggled a lot more.

@@RaGeTigerHD maybe. I just got to him in NG+ and I beat him second try. To be fair though I struggled with the great sage shell more.
@Grimm_6th so when you beat erlang did you have to fight the 4 heavenly kings? Or is there a secret to trigger that 2nd phase with erlang in giant form??? Im confused man

I spent ages trying to do this and the second I saw in this description that he doesn't do anything when you transform into the rock I smoked him. I did everything you did and just spammed ghost step and charged heavies and chugged. made this boss a cake walk, fantastic video

Hello, i’ve tried many many different builds but none have worked any better than this one. I’ve made the HUGE mistake of not fighting erlang in ng so i had to do it in ng+. You really saved me, i even thought of starting a whole new adventure to fight him since that secret ending trophy is one of the last i need for my platinum. I finally beat him yesterday..I start out with the fan vessel to stun him off the bat then get him down to where he uses the big Axe then I use pillar stance a lot when I can and use cloud step when he does his big attacks like the red lightning one..also used the yellow long transformation, if you dodge his tiger attack after you transform you won’t get knocked out of it and yellow long has a good dodge that is fast

Yeah it is best to do him after you have obtained the full wukong mythic set in chapter 6 for the additional stats bonus effect. Makes the fight a lot easier and allow for more errors. Gd luck.

I just don’t get it I have the highest attack power staff, 3 of the increase attack power charm things, full mythic gear, attack up crit rate and dmg up in the skill tree and the dmg is so bad, but soon as you showed me the tornado I beat it in 3 tries. Thanks.

My game had a bug where time stood still and he just circled me i couldnt move! Forgot to add the ball spirit from top vs bottom secret area in chapter 5 hacks his shield of leveled up max! While waiting for fan again.😂

How do you beat his sheild in 3rd phase my mo keys just take none if his sheild away then i always lose
Are you using the same skill tree? There are some RNG involved as the boss might spam AOE attacks early which might kill most of your monkeys.
It’s just so damn frustrating how half the time he basically just ignores the fan.. I’m only get about half way through its use before he just ignores it and starts attacking while it’s still going
You gotta time it well and make sure his back is near the edge. Don't use it when he is in the middle of an open field.
Why does he have 100k health and we have 650? Why make the numbers like that?

This boss wants to cheese us, we’ll cheese him. Sorry but on NG+ and above this boss is the only one I feel is bullshit. Not because his mechanics are bad (although they are very annoying seeing as how they start auto-dodging your heavy attacks) but because that COUPLED with ridiculous health pools and shields makes it just artificially harder. Like ok cool you wanna change up the core mechanics of the game for this secret boss to make it harder? That’s fine, yes annoying asf, but that’s fine, just have some balance with it but no in NG+ and above they just keep giving him even more and way too much health. Currently looking at trying this build or the One Shot build bcuz this boss in NG+ is just silly. Idk how ima get thru NG+++ lol. I just want the secret Sun Wukong stance

If you have gotten this far in the game don't give up imo. Many others as seen in the comments have made it using this strat. don't give up good luck.

I am not sure we are playing against the same boss , in my game he will just shit mix me with combo unstoppable
His attacks falls into 3 categories, those that are interruptible by your first 3 normal light hits attacks, those that are interrupted by ONLY your Light hits finisher OR Heavy attacks (charge x2 or x3) and the last category is non interruptible by light/heavy hits at all.
In this video, I mostly encountered the first 2 categories of attacks and timely interrupted his attacks. I also notice he tend to spam the 3rd category attacks the further away you are. So it is best to stay close to him most of the time.

I just beat his ass in four try's and the other final boss in eight. Ring of Fire is f*cking amazing in boss fights. It not only heals and builds up focus, but you also take less damage while you do more. Try it out. Edit so long as you stay inside the ring a few sec's you still get the effect even if you leave it.
I couldn't rotate weapons to block many of his swords, even though it was triggered before the swords came :)
That is weird. Maybe you might want to max skill the rotation skilltree in the middle.

NG+. But I beat him first time at level 86 after clearing chapter 6 final boss.

Learn his mechanics for phase 1. It isn't too hard to get him to 75%. Most of his attacks are interruptible with light hits spam and light hits finisher.
Phase 2-4 use my strat.

why copies have done the 4 point attack?
It is one of the bonus effects of the 6th relic gotten from defeating Erlang.
Even without it the copies are busted as long as you max out its skill tree. And use the soak to extend pluck to many duration.

Follow my strat to a tee and you got this easy. If all else fails and it is too hard to execute, just down some instant cooldown recovery elixir to ultra cheese this fight.

@@mywrldofgaming5962 hey bro just telegraph he is fast but the major point is to keep hitting him till his shield breaks then when it does some freeze him and hit him around some use clones but the fan tornado does help every time u use it it automatically takes his big shield out then from there it’s luck and hit
