Always start by putting Mark of the Wild buff in the starting room (Big buff to versatility).
    Healing:
Lifebloom: Keep 2 Lifeblooms out at all times! Make sure if there's a lot of burst damage, you have 1 on you and 1 on your friend who's taking the most damage. Lifebloom is always removed from the first target applied to when you switch them around. So try to keep track of who you put it on first so you don't remove it from the wrong target. You can put Lifebloom 3 times on the same target to increase healing with Focused Growth up to 18% extra healing. Recommend using an addon called LifebloomGlow because you want to make sure to renew your Lifebloom when it's less than 4 seconds left to get the "bloom effect from the healing," which heals a lot instantly from the Lifebloom.
Rejuvenation: Try to keep it up on all targets for extra healing. Your healing is increased the more HoTs (Heals over Time) you have on you and your target. It's also important to keep it up to be able to use Swiftmend for a lot of instant healing as well.
Regrowth: With your Lifebloom, you'll get "Clearcast" on Regrowth. Try to use them together as much as possible to save mana. If you have a tier set, it will also cast Nourish, another good big heal that will heal at 200% effectiveness and target players with HoTs. Otherwise, make sure that if you're in a 3v3 scenario, if you have Lifebloom on your teammates and you hide and cast Regrowth on yourself, your targets with Lifebloom will also get the HoT effect from Regrowth.
Swiftmend: This is an instant heal for a good amount. Use it a lot if there's a lot of pressure. It also heals over time and requires Regrowth or Rejuvenation on your target to use! When you use Swiftmend, it also extends all your current HoTs on the target by 12 seconds.
Grove Guardians: They provide a lot of healing and apply many HoTs and big heals. Much of the healing from them is based on your Mastery: Harmony that you get from Lifebloom. So if you have 3 stacks of that, you'll get more healing from the Grove Guardians as well.
Nature's Swiftness: Makes your Regrowth instant cast and also increases the healing from it by 100%, a very strong heal.
Overgrowth: This is a great cooldown if a Shaman or Evoker, for example, purges off your healing from a target, or if a target gets really low health fast. It applies Lifebloom, Rejuvenation with Growth, and Regrowth HoTs instantly.
Incarnation: Tree of Life: You become Tree of Life, or "Brocoform" as people call it! This is a BIG cooldown. Try to use it fairly early in the game. If you do, you'll usually be able to use it one more time when it's crucial in the endgame as well. It will make your Regrowth instant cast, increase all healing done by 15%, and increase your armor by 120%. You're also immune to polymorph from Mages and Hex from Shamans. All healing is enhanced, and you also get instant Entangling Roots if you need to stun someone. It lasts for 30 seconds, and you can go in and out of the form if you need to run away as well. It will also summon 1 Grove Guardian every 10 seconds of its duration, and for every Guardian that fades away, your cooldown of Tree of Life is reduced by 5 seconds.
    Defensive:
Ironbark: This is a BIG defensive cooldown. It reduces damage taken by 20% and increases healing from your HoTs by 20% for 16 seconds. It's also good to keep as many Rejuvenations as possible up on all your team members since the target with Ironbark will receive 75% of the healing from all Rejuvenation as well.
Adaptive Swarm: This is very good to use in high-pressure moments. It will increase your HoTs' effectiveness and how often they "tick" by 20%, making it very good in high pressure situations, especially when used with Lifebloom on yourself and Ironbark.
