One last note about bullion purchases: It's possible the best end game setup involves the Vakash weapon to trigger fire damage and then the rings from Vault. I didn't want to mention this setup in the video because I think its not a great way to spend your early bullions (one hander instead of two, no trinkets) but its possible you might see this being a thing towards the middle and end of season.
8:11 jeez, i was still using rejuv for everything and only using regrowth for emergencies, changed my gameplay around and ohhh man, easy peasy 0 mana problems, also the lifebloom aura was stolen to use in my healing suite, couldnt for the life of me figure out how to make it show me both LB and ohhh man its nice ty for the guide growl
Great advice! I installed the weak aura you mentioned to keep things rolling , and immediately it felt like a game changer. I'm just getting started with resto druid (literally today), but I just healed my first m0 with zero issues!
For people new to the spec, Cat weaving can get a bit complex transitioning from ranged to melee back and forth. Boom weaving allows you to still increase your dps output while retaining ranged spacing and uses the same caster spells youd be using in formless for dps. Your dps wont be as high as cat weaving but it can get you accustomed to form swapping during fights when you have time to dps. Also regrowth and Grove Guardian are noth useable in this form which means you can still get some heals out in a pinch while still in boom form. (Though keep in mind regrowth healing is lower in Boom form than formless, so still always try to heal in formless) Low keys i can stay in boom for 75% of a dungeon and literally use 2 charges of guardians (with efflo and lbs out) to heal through most pulls
I find it impossible to cat weave while pugging. I have to hand hold and dont have time to change in and out of cat. I have to constantly heal. Its unreasonable and unnecessary to expect heals to also dps.
Idk if this is old information, but I have not been using rejuv because of this video and that was a huge mistake. You'll basically always be full mana if you never use it but it makes it extremely annoying to cat weave and in some cases hard to even keep people healed. I started using rejuv during high healing situations and it's helped so much.
A tip you missed with convoke is that you can use nature's swiftness and then convoke during it. It doesn't consume it and convoke regrowth does 100% crit cause of switness
Hoping you read this! Im having trouble in higher keys, mostly 3rd boss from halls and surviving some boss/mob mechs despite bearform and bark. Can we nave an advanced guide covering some of the harder hitting dungeon mechanics and survivability please.
Thanks for the guide! Brand new WoW player, just started today. Any vid link for how to setup/arrange my HUD and mods I should use? Your screen looks simple and nice.😊
Biggest thing about talents I've noticed running lots of pugs. Overgrowth is a very underrated talent in my opinion. It has saved lots of guild members and pugs standing in something or a hard hitting damage over time I did not prepare for.
What are you giving up to get this though? Photosynthesis? If so, I’m not certain that this is a valuable trade off considering so much healing comes from lifebloom. What % overall healing does overgrowth end up at at the end of a run?
Overgrowth is absolutely vital in arenas/pvp, but I feel not worth taking in dungeons or raids. As the top said, if you are doing the proper maintenance work, you shouldn't need it. The only times we're you would, I feel is an indication that one of the four things wasn't done. I would rather have something like HT back vs take overgrowth for mythic /raids.
Augury has been super good to me in season 3, I still have my myth track and will be picking up a new one at some point for feral and guardian. you do have to be within what feels like 10 yards for the buff to trigger damage (just some informal testing on dummies), However since i catweave in most dungeons It feels like a good increase in dps. It also definitly procs off dot effects so shifting out of at form and healing while in that 10ish yard range does the damage off sunfire, moonfire, rakes and rips. Not a popular trinket by any means, but I do not push high keys and really value trinkets that work for multiple druid specs.
Double lifebloom saps a lot of the fun this spec could have for me. TWW looks to be pruning the spec a little which is nice. I hope rejuv becomes much more important in TWW.
was wondering if its worth goin for new 2 set and rip the old( in terms of items) 4 set, in trade for alot for higher ilvl items. mainly m+ player, so idk if the 4 set is that great and worth minus 2k int
4 set is pretty strong as nourish accounts for the majority of my m+ healing. Hard to tell how much is treants vs. 4 set but I’d wager that it’s worth 10 ilvls overall
i got a timewarped ring that the max ilvl reaches 489 but it gives 500 intelect + 700 haste ,should i change it for higher ilvl rings that only give stam + secondary stats?
I don’t know much of restoration Druid stats. What it most require.. and enough mana. Plus isn’t there macro can do the work??? Like let my Druid heal automatically without interrupt mobs while healing groups..
Im trying Druid Healer for the first time this Season. I used to be a priest, and I am Missing some panic Heal. Like Priest got Serenity or Power Word Life,. Feels Like Druid really needs a very Long Time to Heal a single target Up. Is there anything im doing wrong ? Or do I Miss a spell ? Swiftment is possibly a way but Its Heal is Like a Lot weaker than a serenity.
Hit swiftmend before you use wild growth, to proc soul of the forest, which makes your next wild growth 50% stronger. Using 3 swiftmends and you get reforestation which procs Incarnation: Tree of Life for 10 secs. Use regrowth when omen of clarity procs. Use flourish in tight spots, making sure rejuv and wild growth, effervescence is already active. When you get used to your procs, and timing the damage I find the druid the easiest to keep everyone up.
@@tylerchapman8856 but not for throughput? so for example on Khajin the unyieldin in Halls of infusion and you need more healing its better to spam regrowth then to keep rejuv up?
I mostly keep it on the tank and/or when topping up someone slowly for the mastery or swiftmend fodder or ramping before damage. Otherwise I use the 4 things he mentioned e.g lifeblooms, cw, efflo, treants. Usually throwing a rejuv is good for rot and regrowth is better when they’re uber low and/or getting bursted.
The guide misses all advanced combos. Like using NS before Convoke when convoking for healing so every Regrowth crits. Or do not overwrite Flourished Lifeblooms until their pandemic window. Refreshing hots in their pandemic window in general and so on.

Really dig the options you give for talent trees to mix and match. Good advice all around.
Thx for the Video. Short and full with necessary infos. i love it. greetings from germany

Question for any gamers. Should you keep rejuvenation on some/all/ or no targets while doing a dungeon?
hey whats that around your weakaura that gives it a black backdrop? it's almost like a frame

I use an addon called masque that gives custom skins to spell icons and some other things.

Is the stat stick trinket like chromatic or icon worth it even if no1 else in the group is using them?
No

do you have a guide for raid for restro cuz man i run out of mana

i might need to stay out of cat form until i know the dungeon mechanics or we gonna wipe a lot of times :D
Why don't you keep lifebloom on yourself for the 20% faster hots?
I think that’s the primary move and what I do but you can keep it on someone else when they need the extra healing
Im gearing my druid atm and wanna play as alt rly good guide
Tome is still pretty fried after nerf. All they did was cap the damage to 6 targets. It’s usually 30% of my damage.

Why do with 2 lifeblooms over 2 rejuvie
Rejuv not so great rn, and lifebloom combos with your talents buff
Lifebloom is very efficient, counts for extra mastery stacks (if talented), and has a chance to proc free regrowths.
