This video discusses how to use Red Hat's LEAPP CLI to upgrade an existing RHEL 7.9 server to RHEL 8.4 using an Off-Line In-Place Upgrade. This facility uses a localhost (127.0.0.1) web based solution to access the RHEL 8 AppStream and BaseOS repositories. In addition, this video mount a RHEL 8.4 ISO image.
