My Love Will Never Die - Drum Cover - July 7, 2022

Here’s a “Time Capsule Tuesday” with another cover from a couple years back. In 2021, an absolute DYNAMITE trio of ​⁠​⁠‪@LucyWoodwardOfficial‬ , ​⁠​⁠‪@OfficialCharlieHunter‬ , & Doug Belote (check him out on TH-cam or Instagram) released a blues album called I’m a Stranger Here. Tons of great arrangements as well as originals. This cover of My Love Will Never Die was a blast to play. It’s all about simple, solid time because, in Drummer World, that’s what pays the bills, baby! 💵
If you haven’t checked out this album, I encourage you I do so immediately. Incredible musicianship across the board with especially groovy & solid drumming from Doug (as this is a drumming channel 🤪).
