All three are actually kinda stupidly over the top. Which is why it works, and why I love them.
huh....no. They overacted so much that they resembled untrained kids in a school play.
The real MVPs were Alfred, Joker, Bruce and Bullock. The remaining actors were cheap crap.
I'd have given up on this show but for the exploration of the Penguin's and Riddler's character traits... Jerome was great too but what a long, long tease for a "Brand X Joker-lite"...

this show has given me some of the best evenings in my life, seeing characters grow and evolve over years was a priceless experience, this show changed me and i am thankful for that, it is undoubtedly very sad that is all going to end, but it is a good thing too, since it is ending on such a high note, we all will memorize this show in a good way, after all everything has an end, with the rise of the dark knight this show will lose it's purpose, thank you Gotham, i will never forget what you did, i will never forget this city, full of different people, the city which can turn anybody to the dark side.

It's the perfect time to end it.. the story is what leads up to batman. If we got another season after his reveal it wouldn't be gotham. Just another superhero show. Now maybe after it ends they make a spin off batman series with the actors that would be better. But gotham needs to end on a positive. This is it
@@David-qr8og I see what you're saying, but I think mostly we're just frustrated that they had to rush things so much, like Ecco's transformation to Harley that came almost out of nowhere, among many other rushed plotlines. Of course, now that the season is all set & wrapped, I recognize that it's probably too late to do much more filling in, but if they did make a Batman series with the same cast I would be utterly thrilled.
It just looks amazing and I'm so excited! We will see an epic finale on April 18th!
And yet the series would have earned at least another season! 😤

I've been watching Gotham since the very beginning, I'm hyped about these last two episodes but also sad to see it go.

I dont want this show to end.........it was pretty much the only dctv show that i was hyped about every week the last four years(i started watching when season 2 was airing)

For me, I personally will consider this the finale. While I have not seen it yet, episode 12 feels more like an epilogue to me whereas this, for me, feels like the true finale for the show: Putting the citizens of Gotham in one finale fight and showing how Bruce will become Batman. While Gotham has had its flaws, when it got it right... it got it really right and I’m glad to call myself a fan of this show.

Damn, I'm not a a very big fan of Batman, let alone DC, but I love this Gotham thing. I have never seen an episode of it, but I wish I did.
To give some reference, First season were beyond good, then it started going downhill and then its like they just sparked and everything came back to life. Its a really good show, would reccommend you watch it
PhatGar I won’t lie, the writing and characterization can be questionable at times but the show is enjoyable overall in terms of style and character development for its main characters. There are also enough references to Batman comics and movies to keep DC fans entertained.
To me, the biggest selling point of the show are the actors. Most of them portray their respective characters very well and give them a lot more depth than some of them are given even in the movies. You are given 5 seasons with these characters so you get to see how they all change and grow into different types of people and how the city corrupted them. So even if you are not a fan of Batman, you can easily get into these versions of the characters.
I think one day I’ll rewatch this show because I love it so much and my dad joined in watching with my mom and I near (I think) when Galvan came back to life or near the end of season 2 or the beginning of season 3 which means he missed a lot. He would also tell me not to pause it when he walked away to go do something and he would miss whole episodes (not that often though). I also came into the show knowing most of what happens (TH-cam recommended me stuff) so I might rewatch it when I forget it (which won’t happen any time soon).
Wow gotta say I’m loving this last season so muchhhh.. I love how they’re standing together to fight the evil.. I don’t want it to finish but as they say ‘all good things must come to an end’

Bruce is gonna have a hard time keeping his identity as Batman secret in the future, what with his bombing around in front of everybody in all that black, Wayne tech armor and gadgets and all
Pretty sure everyone will survive to be a batman villain eventually. (Exept Gordan, he'll be promoted to commissioner. But not too sure about Babs and Lee... Fingers crossed they both survive)

That’s literally a regular bat...the one flying in front of the moon is symbolism for the Batman circle symbol. Man Bat won’t be in this.
