I am so hyped for this final season. Its a shame thats its the last season. Oh well. Atleast its better than getting cancelled abruptly with a cliffhanger.

No, the line: "It's all for you, Bruce!" Was so Joker. A brilliant reference to " The Omen."
I like how he's still a very different kind of Joker compared to Jerome. He's got a more soft-spoken voice and a very different laugh compared to Jerome's harsher tones. It's interesting how that works.
Brian G. I'm actually not a fan of that interpretation, but I can see that it works and think that it's the perfect base leading to the joker that we know after the chemicals. Plus after Cameron's experience with the Joker I think he's so close to pulling off a PERFECT Joker on the big screen. He's very good, but he's so close to that perfection that feels natural. That's just my opinion, love discussing this 😁

Black Mask also appeared but it was short so I would've liked to see more from him. Professor Pyg was a great villain and would've preferred if he lived though.

I really liked Daredevil. The character development was awesome, same with the writing and action but Season 2 was pretty meh to me with the first few episodes. But Season 3 got really good again. But I feel Gotham just keeps getting better and better especially with Season 3 and 4. But still, I respect your opinion.

I think the toxin is slowly taking hold of him and making him more like what Jerome saw in him, like the way he was angrily talking to himself one second then as soon as he sees ecco he hides it and he's all smiles and dancing with her
I just rewatched Gotham S1-5, and I'd gotta say that it's probably the best superhero show. It has the best adaptions for so many of it's characters

Yeah, but although I love this series so much, I don't completely agree. See, Netflix picked up Lucifer, because it has so much more to offer. Whereas here, when Bruce becomes Batman, there won't be that much to tell, since most of the cannon villians are already introduced, some of them since season 1.
Damn, they're really going all out this last season. This guy deserves at least a movie as Batman.

How do you though? A lot of the characters aren't anything like their respective comic counter parts and are even somewhat downgraded at the same time too imo. It's takes away the mystery and uncanniness of the Jokers origin story and the show even takes the liberty to make some of the characters gay/bi. Sure Barbara wasn't really well established in the comics but damn did the show make her fucking annoying.
my fav is Penguin, and he’s honestly the literal star of the show: been around since episode 1, only Batman villain from movies to get title in first season, Bullock is my next fav, his sarcastic remarks get me every time, I died when he heard Jim and Barbara were having a baby, and silence, and the next thing u hear us Harvey saying Congratulations sarcastically lmao, oh I’ll miss it!

Jeremiah is officially my favourite live action version of the Joker Character. Cameron Monaghan is so damn talented. Really excited for the season (especially the Ace Chemicals episode which seems to be the big Bruce Vs Jeremiah event)

@@ahnmensch3115 I like Heath and all. But he was never really the Joker to me, I always prefered Nicholson (while i understand you could ague it was just Nicholson playing himself i still felt he embodied the character minus some changes)
And Jerome was great, but he was rather one note with his "I'm crazy" speil. Jeremiah though has the intellect. The mannerisms. The dark humour and the obsession with Bruce/Batman which is my favourite aspect of his character.
Nothing against Heath. He was great for Nolan's universe. But he was not really my Joker.
Cameron is right there up for me too. I never thought a young Joker storyline would go as well as it did in Gotham, and especially the twin thing. My favourite will forever be Hamill however

Aaron Southan Well, everyone likes something different I suppose. Personally, I always liked Jack Nicholson and then Ledger. Both great. I don't like what gotham did in constantly changing things to make a story. I prefflerred the whole Bruce and Gordon not ever knowing who the Joker was or where he came from. Joker just showed up one day. When I read the comics as a kid, it kept me wondering. Made it all the better.
Wow, I just finished binging Gotham on Netflix, and suddenly I want to read all the comics. I don't care what comic elitist says, this is the *BEST superhero show of ALL TIME.* Gotham has the best Bruce (better than Bale's), best Riddler, best Penguin, best Alfred, best Pyg, etc. Past season 1, there's not one boring episode. *We NEED a spin-off.*

The Bruce Wayne isn't better but all the others I can agree with. This Bruce Wayne is still interested, but no one matches Christian Bale.
I feel this Alfred fits the plot a lot better, as does the Penguin etc.

I think David Mazouz ties with Christian Bale. Though to be completely fair, Bruce Wayne and The Joker have the biggest competitors with Christian Bale, Heath Ledger And all. Alfred has a big competitor with The Dark Knight Alfred too.
i liked the way every season feels very different, like the first season about gordon and the mob, then season two seeing the reopening of arckam and that gets us excited just cuz of hearing dr stranges name, and then season three they try there hardest to get even more of batmans rogue gallery introduced (like the mad hatter), then they go full comic book and just jump of the deep end and introduced not one but two different jokers as well as ra's al gul and surprisingly solomon grundy.
t.l.d.r every season changes and they get bolder in there story telling as the seasons progress
Yeah, Gotham got me hooked on reading the comics again. Even when I was reading Catwoman before the show. But I do really love this show, even when there "oh please" moments. But I love it for what it is.
