- This time I´m restoring a Bulova Excellency from the 1940´s. It´s powered by the Bulova 7AA Caliber. I got this watch from one of my biggest fans and supporters. He got this watch from his dad (a police officer in Clarksville) and all watchmakers refused to repair it... until now.
Case and Glass are scratched, dial and the hands are corroded and the movement is running wild.

I have a similar watch, an Elgin, that other watchmakers have refused to work on. It's a shame that something could survive this long, yet be considered "useless".
Speedy I'm sure you noticed the equipment involved! IF the shops you went to had that equipment,they would have to charge You quite a bit! They simply don't Care to or can't go to the Expense!

I never saw in my life, someone more professional than you. No matter what level you beat or who. You have all my respect .
My uncle gave me the exact same watch back in the late sixties. I still have it. Had it cleaned up in the late eighties. Still runs. I will keep it forever.

I feel like the little bit of patina left on the dial just completes the whole look. It's like seeing just a little bit of this watch's history on display, and I think there's something beautiful about that.
I believe that he actually replaced the dial with another one, without the crack. It’s the only point of critique I have on this otherwise amazingly produced video. I’d rather see the old dial in.
The scale of this just blows me away.

Very good restoration of USA 🇺🇸 Bulova . This watch was famous at that time, as one other company “Cyma”” produced similar watch design & still it is with me & working accurately.

How did you grow your portfolio to $34m, I'm impressed, I have a lump sum sitting in the bank, but the interest rates aren't impressive, so I'm considering moving it elsewhere, whats your cash flow like?
I have a financial advisor (trader) she grows my liquid assets and I reinvest the weekly payouts back into real estate and long-term ETFs.

Just a follow-up on my previous review..in that this is a fabulous job on restoring this 1940' Bulova... Im sure he, the family are so pleased with the outcome. Great work, cleaning all the parts and making it run once again as it should.
Just beautiful That watch was a corroded mess. The case restoration was excellent but getting the movement to that level of accuracy with no beat error is nothing short of magical. Fantastic work!

It would be possible, and it would be THIS wonderful, to insert a small fideo report from the owner of the watch at the end of the video - how the REPAIRED watch behaves on the hand. In this video, it looked cool video of the policeman's hand against the background of his patrol car !!!

Для нас подписчиков и просто многочисленных зрителей будет дополнительная положительная эмоция.
This idea can be implemented additionally in TH-cam Shorts mini-videos, when the restored watch is at the customer's disposal and he sends a small video report - just a watch on his hand against some interesting background or sights of his region. For us subscribers and simply numerous viewers there will be an additional positive emotion.
