I met Michael Dudikoff some years back, a very nice guy. I asked about The Expendables, and he said he was willing but needed the fans to push for it. Stallone and the producers should tap more people who might not have been as big of stars but are remembered and entertained us.
Michael Dudikoff Is One Cool And Talented Guy! I Met Him A Few Years Back At Costco At The Rolling Hills Shipping Center In Torrance, California. We Talked For About An Hour And I Asked Him What He Was Working On And He Said That: "Hollywood Wouldn't Cast Him Anymore, Because They Said He Was Too Old"!!! It's A Sad Day When Hollywood Cuts Someone's Career Short Based On Age! Michael Dudikoff Is A Great Guy And If He Ever Reads This Thread, I Hope He Remembers Our Conversation And Knows That He Still Has A Huge Fan Base And Is Loved And Remembered! ✌️
Steve James's passed away I was SHOCKED to learn Steve had passed. He is another UNDERRATED actor R.I.P. Steve James's you'll NEVER EVER be forgotten mate 🌸🌱🌸
Still love Michael Dudikoffs timeless b-movies and low budget classics until today. Watched the American Ninja with my 10 years old son yesterday and he is directly addicted to it.
This guy was a big part of my childhood. My Dad introduced American Ninja to me when i was 4. Watched it everytime as a kid. Now as a young adult, still watch it🔥. My younger brother loves it too. Never gets old, Timeless Classic. Dudikoff you legend.
Expendables 4 hell ya. American ninja two of my favourite ninja movies when I was a boy. Dudikoff, for sure, needs to be on screen with the rest of our childhood iconic heroes, and their ilk.
Fun Fact: American Ninja 4 was shot mostly in my home country, Lesotho. It would be great to see him a future installment of The Expandables, preferably as the main villain.
Glad to see that he didnt fade away into obscurity. But he managed to marry & start a family late in life. He lives a comfortable, chill, upper middle class life as a house flipper & family man. Hope his kids pick up martial arts too.
I love seeing vids like this and finding out what happened to guys like Dudikoff, Rathrock and others that I watched in the 80's and 90's.. Man I am getting old...lol. R.I.P. Steve James
I used to watch American Ninja so many times as a teenager and is one of my favorite franchise. I didn't like part 3 though how they changed actors with David Bradley although he was a legit martial artist. He didn't had that similar mysterious presence compared to Dudikoff's character how he had amnesia from the bomb explosion.
I remember fondly growing up watching the 1st and 2nd American Ninja movies. Him and Steve made a dynamic duo and really made the first two movies more enjoyable than the rest. The movies after that were all down hill.
OMG this dude got totally deleted from my memory maybe for 25 years or so , absolutely 80’s-90’s legendary icon I can’t believe I’ve forgotten Michael, yes expendables 4 for sure
Its crazy how actors can inspire and influence your life, 30 years later I was still targeting moving to Japan, now I been living in Tokyo for more than 10 years 🙏 thank you Michael!
My friends and I were 17-18 when American Ninja was released in theaters. We went to see it in Hollywood, California, and ran into Steve James at the theatre. He was a real nice guy. It would have been awesome if Michael Dudikoff was there with him. I’ve got to watch that movie again.
I remembered IMDB used to be the only way I ever got info about him amd for the longest time felt like no one knew him. Glad nowadays I can either go one TH-cam or Tiktok to hear what all he does.
These videos are the best, good job. Love waiting to the last 3 seconds to see the advertised topic. What happened to them or more correctly,,,,, this is your life.
I loved all these films, especially the first one and how they did not know he was a Ninjit-su and he helped them from attacking ninjas, there's an American ninja 5 with Pat Morita.
The first American Ninja is one of my favorites. He had the look but no Martial artist experience. It reminds me of Netflix's Iron Fist show, and how to do it correctly and how to do it incorrectly. It's all about the Writing & Directing.
So many films we neer heard of. :) At least he's had a lot of work. All the power to him. He could have faded away with no reall work or any movie roles of any kind. Did like his American Ninja films. :) Good entertainment value.
Black Belt magazine articles said serious martial artist movie watchers immediately dislike American Ninja since they easily detected that Michael Dudikoff just like Wesley Snipes is not a real practitioner of any martial arts form. He just learned it as a full grown adult and it is obvious in the way he carried the moves.
I miss movies like this so much. Everything is so dark now. You never see optimistic pro America action movies anymore. These movies were childhood favorites of mine.
Michael was actually vary popular in Europe in general..not just Russia. I remember watching American ninja as a kid.Just like David Haselhoff was popular in Germany...because he was German decent.Same thing goes for Michael and Russians
In the 80s was some kind movie trend of some random white guy being trained by some mystical Asian master like karate kid, bloodsport, kickboxer, American Ninja to name a few..
I was a fan of michael and cynthia loved them . Cynthia was a great Martial Artist ,sad she was pushed on side movies .Remember I watched it on VHS , had to make a resevation in the shop 😊
I like M. D. and saw a lot of his movies, especially in the 80s. But to be honest. Most of them were B-movies. Most of them not successful in the cinemas, but on VHS and later on DVD. He has made dozends of movies in 4 decades and is worth only 3 mio $? What went wrong? Real acting stars get more for only one movie. So I don't believe that. How do you know? Are you his banker or his manager? He hopefully should own more.
OK. Viva USA: United States of America: Washington D.C.: Michael Dudikoff 1954. Oct 08. Age: 69.-70. Jubileum. USA: United States of America: Washington D.C. Actor and Fighter and Sport Man and Commedial USA 1954.-2024.....😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Yes so young 41, he was amazing actor
Dudikoff and Cynthia Rothrock should have been in Expendables. They were both highly underrated action stars and deserve their due.
Still love Michael Dudikoffs timeless b-movies and low budget classics until today. Watched the American Ninja with my 10 years old son yesterday and he is directly addicted to it.
Glad to see this dude looks peaceful and happy.......

YES!😃 "Make It Happen"!😁 Michael Dudikoff is a winner for me!🤨
I'd forgotten about him. Always liked him and glad to see his still doing well.
My childhood hero Mr Dudikoff! I still know every word to the American Ninja movies! They are still good today!! 🥰
AMEN,I loved his films back in the day. LOL.Good memories.

I will honour the code father

It would be great if Stallone brings Dudikoff on the train franchise of the Expendables!!!
American Ninja was Absolutely Awesome and I remember watching in the theater.
a clean face for a good guy, loved him as action hero back in the '90s, happy about hes fine and still around 👍
Dudikoff in Expendables 4 . i would love that. American Ninja❤❤
Its crazy how actors can inspire and influence your life, 30 years later I was still targeting moving to Japan, now I been living in Tokyo for more than 10 years 🙏 thank you Michael!
Michael d. Is one of my favorite action hero.

He was my hero growing up.
I remembered IMDB used to be the only way I ever got info about him amd for the longest time felt like no one knew him. Glad nowadays I can either go one TH-cam or Tiktok to hear what all he does.
Much love from Poland. An icon of action cinema for sure. And wicked handsome even when pushing 70.
I loved the Cobra TV series, I wish they would of made another season or 2..
Glad to see he’s winning ! ❤
Him & Franco Nero made me wanna be a ninja when I was a youth
These videos are the best, good job. Love waiting to the last 3 seconds to see the advertised topic. What happened to them or more correctly,,,,, this is your life.

I didnt know this guy was such a good guy , thank you for the American Ninja, for the great memories

Would love to see him in the next Expandable series if that ever happened.

OMG. He was one of my early crushes from American Ninja. I thought he was perfection at such a young age. He looks amazing still.
When the American ninja came out I wanted to be a ninja lol I was disappointed when I found out that wasn’t a real job lol
I loved all these films, especially the first one and how they did not know he was a Ninjit-su and he helped them from attacking ninjas, there's an American ninja 5 with Pat Morita.
as a kid i watched these american ninja movies over and over,,so amazing
All to this point, yes, actors from the 1900s have been forgotten and this could be a once in a lifetime and I haven't seen his films in a while.😂😊😅😊
The first American Ninja is one of my favorites. He had the look but no Martial artist experience. It reminds me of Netflix's Iron Fist show, and how to do it correctly and how to do it incorrectly. It's all about the Writing & Directing.
He learned Brasilian Jiu Jitsu and another art. His movements are amazing 👏 😊
Sam firstenberg directed all the ninja movies in the 80🥷🥷 along with sho kosugi
So many films we neer heard of. :) At least he's had a lot of work. All the power to him. He could have faded away with no reall work or any movie roles of any kind. Did like his American Ninja films. :) Good entertainment value.

Certifiable bad ass Ninja.
I miss movies like this so much. Everything is so dark now. You never see optimistic pro America action movies anymore. These movies were childhood favorites of mine.

Hell yeah. He should have BEEN on there.
MD is my only fave H-actor, coz he's a complete package, a versatile actor.

The ending detailed information got stockery. Didn't realize he was in so much.
All I know is that American Ninja has the most persistent ninjas ever 😂

You missed out American ninja 5, with David Bradley which I don't think Michael is but still a continuation worth mentioning.
I always wished they’d followed up on Avenging Force after that ending
