i won’t even deny that i would get some of those wrong too, i literally used to fall asleep as my father got angry while trying to help me with my math homework. it’s the most boring thing in the world for my brain to process 😂
How to multiply digits such as 11 x 11
1(1 + 1)1 = 121
Similarly,
11 x 12
Take the 12, add the digits, 1 + 2 = 3
Put the 3 between the 1 and 2 of 12 = 132
And so on
How to do 50 x 20
5 x 2 = 10
Then just add however many zeros were in the question. In our question we have 2 zeros. So add 2 zeros after the 10 we got.
That's 1000
That first method only works for multiplying by 11.
For the record, 12 x 12 = 144.
