- This week, Big Kamz turns 65 and no better way to celebrate than give him his 15 seconds of fame. We're doing Kamil’s famous chicken that we eat at home almost every sunday (we're actually not sick of it). I've added a few cheffy bits for a little father son collab. We don't have the budget for proper subtitles, you're just going to have to manage. TENKS

@@fazalkhan5017 kırmızı toz biber (paprika - sometimes called tatlı toz biber) and pul biber (red pepper flakes) - you should be able to get paprika from any supermarket but pepper flakes are less common. But in any case, you should be able to get both from your local turkish or asian supermarket.
There is also acı toz biber (spicy/chilli paprika) which can be really really spicy

oh man this reminds me so much of spending sundays back at home in germany at my turkish friends places after playing our sunday football matches and the dads would make a bbq for all the families and friends that were around. one thing i learned is they never once were on the same page how to prep the food and first needed to have a 10min argument until finding a middle ground. bless youtubes' algorithm for recommending this. got yourself a new follower :)

My dad taught me about smoke pockets back in the day.. we use to cook lamb kabab's using a half cut oil barrel. The fire would burn all day and after long day's work (he was builder/brick layer) and in evening my uncle would prepare the kabab's on heavy duty long skewers, the barrel stood up right and he would place the skewers into the barrel, I remember the smells when oil and fat from the meat use to hit the burning coals😊 the kabab's were served with a classic Mediterranean salad and homemade bread. Miss them days man! Your video bring back so many good memories, 👊🏾 I love your old school rustic style of cooking it just screams "passion" and passion = favours when your cooking 4 real. Big up Big Has you and your dad are living legends and a big inspiration, I will recreate that dish one day 🙏🏽 💯🔥👌🏽

I dont usually write comments, but Has we really love your show, your charisma and excellence as a chef in cooking is amazing. I've been waiting for you to make a channel since you featured on Jamie Oliver's TH-cam. Funnily enough the video came up on my feed, in turn, I searched if you made a channel and thankfully here I am. A polite, kind request, please bear with your Dear Father in regards to patience, we all have our moments with our father. But we all gotta reminisce and remember the amount of times they had patience and mercy on us when we were younger, ensuring we got the right food,clothing, sleep and everything else inbetween. Always show love through your mannerism, gestures and patience and trust me they will cherish that type of respect to the Moon (my dad is very similat trust ik what it gets like). Anyways please don't take this the wrong way, just a kind reminder, stay blessed and much love my brother 💯
