To date I believe they still don’t have the single-story Mahogany model available to view. Beautiful community, but the proximity to a landfill scares me.
Very small houses at ridiculous prices plus they charge hoa, cdd and capital contribution what are the fees builder should pay, shifted to customers: rip-off
Everbe… what’s that smell? Oh it must be the visible literal mountain of trash I can see from the front yard.. starting in the 500’s.. what a frickin joke. If any realtor brings their client there they should be sued for malpractice lol
I agree I really believe this is going to be an amazing investment opportunity
Definitely not for me but it's for someone! Thank you for sharing. Love your videos
Please show some Ocala properties soon. Including duplex/triplex. I'll be contacting your office soon😊
Will do:)
@@RenzoM4 Thank you.
Yeaaaahhhhh!!!! Excellent video!
Excellent community if you don't mind the smell from the landfill 2 miles away, depending on which way the wind blows, of course.
Wow. 54 minutes with Renzo. We are so lucky. I liked the single story homes the best. Thanks again for your words of wisdom Renzo.

Why the CDD fees on top of HOA fees? Or vise versa?
CDD fees are a tax on the land. You typically see it when communities are built in very prime areas
The taxes the builder should paid shifted to the residents

Is this house still available?
They are indeed!
Not for me im anti HOA

Yep, these properties will see a massive haircut in a year. You'd be a fool to buy these at the 500's with these interest rates.
