About Shinsuke vs Brock at WM 38 they actually have fought each other in a one on one match in NJPW back in ‘06 or ‘07 back when Brock was briefly doing a run in New Japan so depending on the circumstances maybe Brock vs Shinsuke could’ve been a good match.
I bet you with all these rumble videos , going back to the past and looking back at all the winners and the outcomes , I Bet u Santi could now probably name every single royal rumble winner chronologically from 2003-2023 without looking it up and doing it and just by pure memory with all this rumble content he’s been making the past week 😂
(I haven't watched the video yet but) throwing my hat into the ring with Cena vs Undertaker at WM23. Cena was HOT during this time and him possibly breaking the streak would've put butts in seats. No matter how much I still like what we got with Undertaker vs Batista, knowing what we could've had always irritates me.
This would mean Wrestlemania 40's Matches would have been Cody Rhodes (Royal Rumble Winner) vs Seth Rollins (World Heavyweight Champion) & Bayley (Royal Rumble Winner) & Rhea Ripley (Women's World Champion)
Hey Santi! Just wanted to craft this text to let you know, I'm really grateful to you for your hardwork and dedication that you've put into all the content. It has enchanced my wrestling experience by a ton. Much love and support your way. Keep going strong and ignore the trolls and haters:)
In WM 26, I believe John Cena would've inserted himself into a Triple Threat with Edge and Batista I'm so sure because... it happened exactly like that with Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns 11 years later! Batista won the WWE Championship against John Cena who was beaten up after his match, just as Roman did with Bryan in 2021. I'm sure Cena would've fought to get his match and would raise Edge's frustrations. Only difference, Edge actually hated Cena, so I'd expect a more brutal exchange (although with PG limitations). Edit: In 2022 Brock Lesnar could've waited until Wrestlemania to challenge for the WWE Championship and saved us from the unification, I think...
During Batista 2005 famous segment there was a choice between Batista vs HHH or Batista vs JBL vs Cena. So I think we would had the triple threat match at WM 21
2008 Cena v Edge might be an upgrade but we will be Losing the amazing Undertaker v Edge rivalry that finished at Summerslam. The image of Undertaker sending edge to hell is one of the greatest images in history
@@lucashebbe3335 yes but when fued for taker in 2008? He wouldn’t be in a raw match so he’ll have something else for 2008, maybe a triple threat to retire Flair and that leads to WM25
@@tmac731 Fair. Maybe make it an elimination match. Taker wins, so the "Shawn Michaels has never lost to Undertaker in a singles environment" stays true, they have their Mania match, and Shawn loses. Dude I've gone on so many rants about his career ending lol, he should've beaten the streak, IF, someone had to. WM26 the spot from HIAC happens, boot into the pedigree, HBK wins at WM26. He's on a roll so he faces the Miz at Mania 27 for the title in a good match which he wins, and then we get a qualified banger. John Cena and The Rock, vs Undertaker and Triple H. Taker and Triple H win, H gets the pin, then Taker turns on him, tombstone. Then, we set up Undertaker vs Triple H and Shawn Michaels in HIAC, Kane's the special guest referee at WM28. Whoever loses, retires. We still get once in a lifetime. DX lose in a fair match, ride off into the sunset, preventing the Crown Jewel shitfest, Triple H vs Roman Reigns, and, since Shawn beat the streak at Mania 26, maybe we don't get the Lesnar and Reigns losses. Hopefully.
I would actually changed Bianca to face Asuka. For me WWE didn't do enough with Sasha as champion and while I always found Bianca kinda boring even back when she was getting mega over. To have Sasha, I think only defend the title once against Carmella then lose it to Bianca wasn't it? All it did for me was take somebody who was already kinda meh on Bianca and just turn me against her all that much more as I still felt Sasha deserved better. If Sasha had won the title earlier in the year and been reigning for 4-6 months at that point, maybe I'd felt different. But Sasha's reign felt to short with not enough defences. So instead of possibly feeling excited for Bianca come Mania, all I felt off Bianca winning was that Sasha got screwed. Was that the year Asuka just got gifted the title when Becky got pregnant? While I don't know how short her run would been up to that point, at least given that Asuka was just handed the title, I wouldn't felt as bad at Bianca beating Asuka compared to Sasha,
If randy chose the universal title, it would of been randy vs Kevin owens. Goldberg only won so he could fight lesnar. So it would probably be a triple threat match with randy, Goldberg and lesnar, or randy vs Kevin owens, which like Michaels in 2004, Jericho would join the match
2025 Men's Royal Rumble Anyone Else - Ok? Seth "Freakin" Rollins - I CALLED IT!!! p:s: The Edge Orton at 36 was a Last Man Standing which was actually 36 minutes and 55 seconds technically
Don't get me wrong ... Benoit vs Eddie is a mouth watering alternate timeline match. However, because Eddie won the title after winning the Smackdown Rumble which was specifically booked in kayfabe because Benoit jumped over to Raw, I'm not convinced that we would get Eddie vs Benoit. Sure, Lesnar could still face Eddie at No Way Out possibly and if that happens it's still possible that Eddie wins. Just pointing this out as making any changes to the 2004 timeline possibly means we don't get Eddie as champion.
2022: Lesnar could have chosen Bobby Lashley. In this option, the Beast Incarnate waits until Wrestlemania to win the title back, and someone else gets fed to the Tribal Chief. I'd take that over having both titles tied up on the same champion for over a year.
Santi I hope you are seeing this comment, because you are a MASTERMIND with these video ideas. I enjoy them a lot and just the vibe you give off in your videos is enough to give someone a good day. Please keep them coming you are a genius. ❤
WrestleMania 40 alternate matches: Bayley vs Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship Cody Rhodes vs Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship
Santi. We can avoid 2022. If Brock challanges for the WWE Title at Mania, then that means he would have faced the Winner of the Elimination Chamber. This would have likely opened the door for McIntyre Vs Reigns in a rematch at 'Mania for the title.
That’s true since he originally chose Roman from his 2022 rumble win then later on win the WWE Title so if he challenged for the WWE Title he would of faced whoever be champion by Mania 38
Can you do a sequel to this for who wouldve faced the champions that the rumble winner picked in our timeline, that didnt in this one? For example, who faces Rousey if Becky goes after smackdown's title, or who faces batista if undertaker picks Cena?
I heard Cena vs Edge 1 on 1 was supposed to happen at WrestleMania 25 but cena wanted Big Show to be a part of the match. I swear, if the underrated Last Man Standing match cena and Edge had at Backlash 2009 happened at WrestleMania 25. That would of been the 2nd best match of the night behind Undertaker vs HBK Been a better main event too out of what we got from HHH and Orton that night.
for wrestlemania 38, technically if brock didn’t challenge roman it would have been different see when brock challenged roman after the rumble, he went into the chamber and won the wwe title because wwe wanted to unify the titles but if brock chose lashley (who was the wwe champion at the time) instead, brock wouldn’t have entered the chamber. the chamber match would have either been bobby defending his title in it or (the more likely option) a number 1 contenders chamber to determine romans challenger at mania. brock would have then went on to have a match with lashley at mania.
21:15 i think if Brock chose Bobby Lashley before he got the title back at the Elimination Chamber would’ve saved their match for Mania, i think this is an upgrade as we’d get a proper Brock vs Bobby at Wrestlemania instead of Brock vs Roman III and never unify those damn titles!!
random idea but do a video where the challengers for the mid card championships swap (ex Gunther would’ve defended the IC title against John Cena and Austin Theory would defend against Drew and Sheamus)
8:36 WrestleMania 24 would have been Edge Vs John Cena Vs The Undertaker because Taker won the chamber to face Edge so it would have been a triple threat match like what we got in real life. We also would've got Randy Orton Vs Triple H because of the chamber
If Angle was in the WM 20 triple threat match, I think the match wouldve been equally as good and they still could've had the exact same submission finish technically
Chris Benoit vs Eddie Guerrero Eddie got opportunity to face Brock at No way out was only because Benoit chose to face HHH instead of facing Brock (same brand) Had he chosen Brock, I doubt if there would be a 15-man royal rumble in smackdown to determine challenger for Brock and Eddie getting title shot, eventully winning the title Brock was leaving wwe and simply could lose to Benoit at main event of WM 20 But again that leaves who Goldberg would have faced
If you're still planning on Rumble videos after this, another fascinating alternate timeline could be around ehat would happen to the other person in the original match should the Rumble winner have chose the other champion. This could be interesting as it would look to answer the question of what would happen to Undertaker should John Cena have picked Edge in 2008 for example.
