    Sesame oil
    Chili oil
    Shredded nori
    Ginger powder
    Quinoa cauliflower rice
    Vegan sriracha mayo
    Sesame seeds

    Coconut oil
    Gold beet
    Roast 400 degrees for 45 minutes
    Ombre beet
    Tamari
    Sesame oil

    Sticky rice and quinoa

    With the vegan tuna, it really soaks in the flavor if you sous vide in the marinade (with kombu, a dash of sake and go very light on the tamari and sesame) perfect light flavor for sushi

    What quinoa instead of rice? And that makes it healthy? What about that oil and mayonnaise you put in? That’s ok but the rice is not? Just make the normal vegan sushi please it’s waaay healthier than this crap
