@DoctorAshley I have habitually played in The Sims Franchise for nearly twenty years. I just wanted to say that this is hands down my favorite build of all time. I cannot wait to move my sims into this. I win not be changing a thing! I enjoy all of your content and am always excited to see your next build. Keep up the good work!!!❤❤❤
A winter restort in Mount Komorebi for skiers, snow boarders and mountain climbers to stay while on vacation. Also it was a big missed opportunity for the sims team not to include functional elevators in For Rent since that's all about multi-unit liviing and most apartments have elevators in them, especially the senior apartments.
I think that’s a great idea. Even though Granite Falls can’t have residential rentals, I still think it makes sense since for a summer camp, you would really want it to be temporary only
brindleton bay: Maybe you could build a pet hotel. Not just for the animals but with a heavy pet/animal theme + lots of things for cats and dogs like the dog obstacle course, and lots of cat trees Or alt idea: maybe you could do a nautical aesthetic since that's the general vibe of brindleton bay :D
I am repeating ideas that i’ve seen other people comment on other videos and i absolutely loved them, these are not my own ideas!! 1. a row of tudor apartments with terraces and a downstairs being like a bookstore/coffee shop in windenburg 2. a summer camp in either granite falls or a horse themed summer camp in chestnut ridge! 3. a magic academy/boarding school in glimmerbrook
Doctor Ashley, you have really outdone yourself!!!! The exterior was so unique and beautiful. The interior has so much personality and I loved each room
I’m adding this to my game as soon as it’s added to the gallery! I’ve been on the hunt for a retirement home and this popped up on my feed at literally the perfect time, it was like it was meant to be 🥹 I’d love to see a werewolf commune with a shared bar and big bonfire area! 🐺
Back at it with this suggestion 😁 For Willow Creek, you should do an older style hotel that matches the New Orleans architecture. Imagine old brick buildings, wrought iron gates and grand lobbies and plush furniture. Also a faux spiral staircase to get up through the floors with an elevator facade
18:57 haha, my parents attend a Senior Citizens' Hall where the weekly karaoke nights are indeed a big hit. The only thing that felt like it was missing from your lovely design is a Cinema Room - it could be tucked into a basement maybe.
These are some of my favorite small area furnishings I’ve ever seen. I’ve never been a huge fan of mini builds but these are gorgeous. Your grasp on layouts and themes is so strong
a ryokan style Japanese hotel in mount komorebi!! it would be so cool to see the traditional approach with an onsen and added amenities for the winter-y world
Can you do rentals in vacation worlds? Maybe in granite falls you could do multiple tree houses? I can imagine a family vacation where the parents get one tree house and the kids their own? They could even be connected.
I have to say I really admire how consistent your build style is whilst not being repetitive. Especially the upstairs apartments could have easily been copy and pasted but they are all so unique whilst still being the same overall look and feel. I personally don't often build super luxurious, modern places, but seeing you transform these places into real homes with their own personality and story in your style is super inspiring. Also love that elders are finally getting some love! Would also love to see one of your next builds to be a holiday/camp community in the horse ranch world for kids, as they are often overlooked in gameplay too. Judging by the comment section on your past videos I feel like I'm not alone ;D Lots of love!
I think in granite falls it would be super cute to do like a little summer camp for kids! Kinda like where the “scouts” would go in game for summer camp. You could have different cabins, along with like a little rec center or something for them all to gather at. Think “parent trap” vibes!
Video 4 of asking :D Werewolves could totally be a cute little pack set up; like a few little cabins surrounding a big fire and the werewolf pack gym equipment. Like a pack of werewolves have just set up their own little commune
This Gen Xer loves the idea of a clean, happy assisted living space for her parents. The only thing I would recommend is a nurse’s suite to have assistance on hand for minor health needs because as capable as our Boomers can be, I would want my parents to have someone on site available.
I would love to see a teen house in Copperdale, for teens who don't have parents, or if they got kicked out by their parents... I think it would be nice for the teens to have a party basement? I really love this build, it's amazing ❤ Alt idea: an abandoned appartment building in Moonwood Mill, for werewolves who can't control themselves?
As someone who works for activities in a nursing home, this is everything they’d dream of for retirement 👏🏻👏🏻 they looooove karaoke! And they also love the spa services we offer. You nailed it 🥳👏🏻 And yes there are mixed feeling about dining. Some love to eat with their friends or make new ones during meal times, but some (even the more outgoing residents) prefer to eat in their rooms.
Omg I love this build!!! I won’t lie I took a few screenshots for inspiration. I love seeing how you manipulate items to make new things. The nesting tables and the sliding doors are so clever!!!
I still love the fact that you throw in The Sims 2 music in the background, nice touch of nostalgia. As dated as the game is, I think it'd be neat to see some sort of Sims 2 related building challenges if you haven't already done so. I'll check through your older vids I suppose.
I'm loving this series! Would love to see a Spa Resort in Tartosa, Boarding School or ski lodge in Mt Komorebi, Amsterdam style block of walk ups with a mix of apartments, maybe a small hostel and shops, cafes and bars on the first floor in Windenburg (this one would be mega), Campsite in Granite Falls!
A luxurious country club for yacht owners in Brindleton Bay would be awesome at some point. It could have a golf course, horse riding, a ballroom for charitable events/debutante balls for their teen daughters, a poker room, a wine cellar and all kinds of other amenities the rich like to have access to lol. I'd love to see what you come up with! :)
You could put a chair in the music room so one of them could be singing to their partner and the one sitting can reminis about their love for their partner 😂 I got this idea from a man I used to support, he was called Jimmy and had dementia, his wife would come and see him every Sunday, he wouldn't speak but if you got him on the piano, he would always sing Frank sinatra to his wife, one time she said to me "nearly 42 years of marriage and he still gives me the shivers and butterflies, he's always been a gentleman", I full on cried for 3 days when he passed, the home kept the piano and hung a picture of Jimmy and his wife on their wedding day above it ❤
How about a beachy/nautical condo complex in Brindleton Bay? Btw ... I'm loving this series!!! 💙🌊💙You could make one unit for an Old Salty type of man ... Retired Fisherman?
This build looks great. I honestly like that you didn't go for the traditional retirement home. I can imagine my bouji sims living here when they get older. A country club in chestnut ridge would be interesting.
Shipping containers apartment/housing complex in Evergreen Harbor in the industrial part of the city. Or it could be a renovated brick factory. The common area will include all kind of eco activities (recycling, the fabricator, candle making, fizzy drinks making, community garden, etc).
I feel like for Willow Creek, you could do like a "typical" suburban home - like a granny flat, a family home and then like a college-aged mini flat for above the garage~
What a great video, I’m so glad I found your channel!! A old-timey saloon with a few apartments on top in Chestnut Ridge might be fun. Really dive into the old Western vibes
I loooove how the kitchen/living room combos on the lower levels looked. Thank goodness the Sims don't have to worry about food splatter while they cook 😂
Ive seen some retiment homes that are beyond belief. They had apartments, half houses, and even full houses. Even a huge garden and multiple community areas with different things.
For the Moonwood Mill: build a pack house. A suit for the Alpha and family with an office. A suit for the the former Alpha/parents of the Alpha. Rooms for visitors and pack members to stay and commons space for the whole pack to hang out.
Wonderful. I keep looking in my game for this thinking I'm doing something wrong only to just realize that you probably haven't posted it yet. Can't wait until you do.
Maybe one of those little shops or restaurants that have the small apartment-like things on top. Each sim could have a different business and then live on the second floor. Any world would be cute, but probably near were all the shops and things are.😊
There was a mall in Wisconsin that was turned into apartments. I would LOVE to see you do something like that, and it really could fit into any location.
How about building a multi wedding lot for tartosa along with a small hotel-esqe building of the side? I imagine that a large family can have multiple of their sims married there in the wedding hotel. Or you could do a honeymoon lot for newlyweds!
Not sure if it would really work but some sort of mall with different stores being sectioned off as apartments would be so cool for magnolia promenade!
Could I recommend a log cabin rental lot? Possibly a summer camp in Granate falls, Copperdale, or most daringly Moonwood Mill? A greater challenge would be to make it an off the grid lot because teens may need to unplug for the summer? 😉😉
if you make like a classic old school nursing home, just make sure you don't forget it there! THE GROWING TOGETHER PUZZLE TABLE! They need like a bingo hall styled games/activities room@@DoctorAshley

Would you retire here with me? 🙂
totally! i call the blue and gold 2nd floor unit! 🙋🏻♀️
I am gonna claim them all😂❤
Noo save one for me😂@@olgavandommelen530
@DoctorAshley
I have habitually played in The Sims Franchise for nearly twenty years. I just wanted to say that this is hands down my favorite build of all time. I cannot wait to move my sims into this. An off-the-grid commune in the middle of the woods in Granite Falls could be interesting!
this!!!
wait i love this idea
I don't think you can make a rental until in granite falls 😭. But a hippie werewolf world commune could have similar vibes?
Yesssss
A winter restort in Mount Komorebi for skiers, snow boarders and mountain climbers to stay while on vacation. Also it was a big missed opportunity for the sims team not to include functional elevators in For Rent since that's all about multi-unit liviing and most apartments have elevators in them, especially the senior apartments.
omg + could use the hot spring hot tub to make a spa situation 🤩
ski huts/lodges would be soo cool!! :D
It will probably be a kit - Luxury apartment kit!
I would love a kids summer camp with log cabins in Granite Falls. You could also make a community mess hall.
You can’t build residential rentals there but it could work in moonwood mill or copperdale
I think that’s a great idea. Even though Granite Falls can’t have residential rentals, I still think it makes sense since for a summer camp, you would really want it to be temporary only
My idea is an Italian village in Tartosa. Tiny house cuteness galore 😂🤩
Yes🎉
brindleton bay: Maybe you could build a pet hotel. Not just for the animals but with a heavy pet/animal theme + lots of things for cats and dogs like the dog obstacle course, and lots of cat trees
Or alt idea: maybe you could do a nautical aesthetic since that's the general vibe of brindleton bay :D
An Ecovillage in Evergreen Harbor would be fun!
Lots of sustainable living, crafting, gardening. container homes, etc.
I am repeating ideas that i’ve seen other people comment on other videos and i absolutely loved them, these are not my own ideas!!
1. a row of tudor apartments with terraces and a downstairs being like a bookstore/coffee shop in windenburg
2. a summer camp in either granite falls or a horse themed summer camp in chestnut ridge!
3. a magic academy/boarding school in glimmerbrook
Windenburg: An Old Tudor Catsley Mansion, 6 Units, A Garden Maz in back, Basment Archade, & The most expensive unit takes up the whole Attaick area
I would love to see a horse riding camp for teens and kids in Chesnut Ridge!
would love to see a preppy or dark academia boarding school! maybe even a fantasy boarding school? in any location! ❤
Doctor Ashley, you have really outdone yourself!!!! The exterior was so unique and beautiful. The interior has so much personality and I loved each room

I’d love to see you recreate one of the Disney World resorts, in any world 😍

QUICKKKKKKK 😱

I think a dog owners resort in the Bay would be so cute! A place where active dogs can really have their freedom and interact with other dogs.
farming community would be dope! tiny homes w all the animals and horticulture

Ohh, Olympic housing would be super cool in Mt. Komorebi, with each room potentially being for a different type of athlete.
That’s so smart with the Olympic Games coming up this summer!
You should do the Eco Lifestyle world next and build shipping containers that were renovated to be apartment’s
Omg I love this build!!! I won’t lie I took a few screenshots for inspiration. I love seeing how you manipulate items to make new things. The nesting tables and the sliding doors are so clever!!!
I'M EARLLLLLAAAYYYYY 🎉🎉🎉😂😂!
I'd love to see a mount komorebi rental, with a laundromat and/or a cat cafe on the bottom?
I think that'd be really cute
Ur color pallets r insane👏🏼
this is my dream retirement home omg
No clue what this would look like, but what about a modern wizard student dorm style building in Glimmerbrook.
I still love the fact that you throw in The Sims 2 music in the background, nice touch of nostalgia. As dated as the game is, I think it'd be neat to see some sort of Sims 2 related building challenges if you haven't already done so. I'll check through your older vids I suppose.

A pet friendly in brindleton bay, with a marine style❤❤ ily vids❤❤
Ive seen the idea more than once and I really like the idea. A summer camp in the horse ranch world with log cabins sounds great.
It looks lovely, fits perfectly into San Sequoia, I really love your builds❤
i think it’s the best one yet !!! 😍😍
I’ve been waiting for this series because I know anything on your channel will all be luxurious and beautiful!!
Damn, girl! ❤
I wish all Sims 4 builds were done by you, you bring the game to life.
You could put a chair in the music room so one of them could be singing to their partner and the one sitting can reminis about their love for their partner 😂 I got this idea from a man I used to support, he was called Jimmy and had dementia, his wife would come and see him every Sunday, he wouldn't speak but if you got him on the piano, he would always sing Frank sinatra to his wife, one time she said to me "nearly 42 years of marriage and he still gives me the shivers and butterflies, he's always been a gentleman", I full on cried for 3 days when he passed, the home kept the piano and hung a picture of Jimmy and his wife on their wedding day above it ❤

a summer camp style lot with multiple small log cabins would be so cute in granite falls
How about a beachy/nautical condo complex in Brindleton Bay? Btw ... I'm loving this series!!! 💙🌊💙You could make one unit for an Old Salty type of man ... Retired Fisherman?
That sliding door trick is awesome!!
a rental/retreat house in Selvadorada, perfect for those sims who loves to explore the jungle and adventures
Love this! I’m on my 4th generation so I’m going to send all my elders here instead of leaving them in a big house. Perfect!
❗️Please post the Celebrity Trailer Park to the gallery ❤
you are genuinely so talented, every build is so amazing
This build reminds me of a retirement home that would be in Florida. I would totally live here!
This build looks great. I honestly like that you didn't go for the traditional retirement home. I can imagine my bouji sims living here when they get older.
A country club in chestnut ridge would be interesting.
My favorite build by far. Im obsessed!!!

Fantastic! Thank you so much! I have been wanting a swanky place for mom and pop Sim.
Beeeeeautiful build! And all the interior design is just *chef’s kiss* 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 loving this series!
I’ve recently had to start over buying packs and a MUST was get to work for the window shopping fence
What a great video, I’m so glad I found your channel!! A old-timey saloon with a few apartments on top in Chestnut Ridge might be fun. Really dive into the old Western vibes
That crunchy knuckle crack was so satisfying I had to watch it again lol😂
i have to say this is my favorite build so far 🥺🥺🥺 soooo pretty!!!
A dude ranch would be cool in Chestnut Ridge
Why am I like 🤯 aaaah to the pool and hot tub layout 🥰😍 I can’t wait to use the set up myself.
Swanky apartments above a business in magnolia promenade
I loooove how the kitchen/living room combos on the lower levels looked. Thank goodness the Sims don't have to worry about food splatter while they cook 😂
This isn’t a regular retirement home, this is a dr. Ashley retirement home 😍😍😍😍
I literally love your builds they’re always so beautiful!

Honeymoon Hotel in Tartosa
beautiful
i’m in love with all your builds
There was a mall in Wisconsin that was turned into apartments. I would LOVE to see you do something like that, and it really could fit into any location.
How about building a multi wedding lot for tartosa along with a small hotel-esqe building of the side? I imagine that a large family can have multiple of their sims married there in the wedding hotel. Or you could do a honeymoon lot for newlyweds!
Werewolf flophouse in Moonwood Mill?
Your builds are so gorgeous, they inspire me to build too ♥ I'm not that professional yet, but I'm practicing
The HR Manager side of me died a little when you put the files out in the open like that. GDPR!!!! Lol
Not sure if it would really work but some sort of mall with different stores being sectioned off as apartments would be so cool for magnolia promenade!
Chestnut Ridge Dude Ranch would be fun. 🤠
Could I recommend a log cabin rental lot? Possibly a summer camp in Granate falls, Copperdale, or most daringly Moonwood Mill? A greater challenge would be to make it an off the grid lot because teens may need to unplug for the summer? 😉😉
Needed the activity table from Growing Together that has the puzzles & like scrabble!
Omg I could feel I was missing something important!! This is it!!
if you make like a classic old school nursing home, just make sure you don't forget it there! THE GROWING TOGETHER PUZZLE TABLE! They need like a bingo hall styled games/activities room@@DoctorAshley
I believe in Tartosa you should make a apartment complex like a hotel made for honeymoons. Very romantic and love related.
My favorite one yet!
okay hear me out - a capsule hotel in San Myshuno (you could use the sleeping pods from Get to Work, or something fun with bunk beds!)
Thank you soo much! This is absolutely amazing!! My Elder sims thank you as well. 🥰
I can’t wait to buy this expansion this Friday. The EA lunar sale is amazing! Almost have everything lol I switched over to PC because console doesn’t allow mods. PC has so many things to offer that console doesn’t. I love your content! 🌞
Maybe for moonwood mill you could do a pack house or pack houses for either:
a) The Moonwood Collective on the 30x40 lot (The Collective Cabin) (biggest lot closest to their pack hangout)
b) The Wildfangs on the 30x30 lot (Prowler's Patch (30x30) or the moonwood mill library (40x30)) (the 2 biggest lot closest to their pack hangout that isn't a 50x 50 lot)
c) Your own werewolf pack on any lot
Optional Suggestions:
Since there are premade werewolfs for each werewolf pack, you can pretend all the pack members actively live in the packhouse together and costumize their rooms or only the alpha of the pack lives in the packhouse with some general rooms for new pack members
I feel like there is a oppertunity to incorperate the pack vallues really well into the pack houses if you choose to build a pack house for one of the existing packs. The moonwood collective gives more attention to self-sufficiancy so you can include a garden, a fishing pond and a big communal kitchen. The wildfangs vallues self-sufficiancy, so you can add a gym and a library. You can find more information about the pack vallues in the pack panel if the werewolf is currently in that pack or look it up online.
If you want to "create your own werewolf pack" you can also go wild and make up your own pack vallues and incorparate that into your build if you want to take more of a creative approach.
It would also be fun to add a rage room with a lot of destroyed objects and scratched furniture for when their fury bar/orb reaches their max limit so you can lock them up, let them go wild and not pay any attantion to them
On a different note. I'm sorry if it's a lot of information and suggestions. The werewolfs pack is my favourite sims pack so i might be a little too passionate and direct with my suggestions for the build. It's easy for me to come up with a lot of idea's for a residential rental because i always play with this gamepack.
Love this build, just like all the other builds so far in this series, can't wait for the next one.
Thank you for always saying what pack an item comes from. I can't tell you how many times I've paused a video and tried to figure out which pack was just used. My can't live without item has to be the "Experienced Pillar" from Get Together. It's just a plain square column but I use it all the time!
