I still would love to see something in Glimmerbrook that’s either a boarding home for witches or maybe a Victorian home renovated into apartments on each floor, maybe with a Charmed vibe.
I am repeating ideas that i've seen other people comment on other videos and i absolutely loved them, these are not my own ideas!! 1. a row of tudor apartments with terraces and a downstairs being like a bookstore/coffee shop in windenburg 2. a summer camp in either granite falls or a horse themed summer camp in chestnut ridge! 3. a magic academy/boarding school in glimmerbrook i love this new build by the way, i am always so blown away!!!!
your MIND omfg!!!! my fav lots are always duel purpose/multi-family and you always come thru with the most creative, gorgeous, & luxurious looking designs. every part of this build is amazing but the way you crafted the mom+pop restaurant/loft was exceptional!! the addition of those beautiful spandrels?? how you naturally incorporated the fire escape exit? how u thought about how they're elderly so you gave them a bath instead?? the simple and elegant floorplan?? the COLORS! your use of color theory omg like its sooooo beyond!! i watch so many talented sim content creators but no one does it like you! :') thanks again for sharing another perfect build!
Hi it’s me again 😂 For Willow Creek, you should do an older style hotel that matches the New Orleans architecture. Imagine old brick buildings, wrought iron gates and grand lobbies and plush furniture. Also a faux spiral staircase to get up through the floors with an elevator facade
Please continue this series!! This is my favorite one so far! Also side note I’m the same way with a hot meal, I cannot do small snacks when I’m hungry. I feel nauseous if I just try to avoid a hot meal lol
A luxury estate would be really cool. Somthing that has many amenities such as saunas, spa rooms in a very modern building would be cool. Maybe in Windenburg 😊
Love you, dear. Been watching prior to your popularity. So proud of you and your success. How about a trailer home build in the werewolf pack? Would love to see that!
Maybe one of those old, rundown, abandoned hotels (or a motel?) with dark histories that ghost hunters explore for Vampires, Werewolves, or even somewhere like Willow Creek? Also, I screamed when you used the glowy pink flooring! I don't know what it is or what the name of this kind of vibe is either, but something about the neon edging just feels really nice and energizing.
it's very vibrant and fun, and a really good build. If i had to give any critique i'd say it feels way too urban and city-esque for the quiet community vibe of Mt. Komorebi, but it's still amazing. I really hope one day we get more of a Tokyo-esque world if they continue to do worlds for a signifcant amount of time longer.
This was awesome!!! What a great idea for a video and just a gorgeous build! An idea for Chestnut Ridge could be an old Western saloon with hotel rooms or small apartments on top.
doctor ashley. i wanted to tell u that i love ur videos so much, i love that u always make up a story and u usually lull me to sleep with them but i still understand what youre doing even if im falling asleep. lol i love ur building style
brindleton bay: Maybe you could build a pet hotel. Not just for the animals but with a heavy pet/animal theme + lots of things for cats and dogs like the dog obstacle course, and lots of cat trees Or alt idea: maybe you could do a nautical aesthetic since that's the general vibe of brindleton bay :D
Loving all these builds, I do plan on a new game start with each of your rental builds going where they belong and playing a sim or two in each because I'm loving them so much
I love this series please keep doing it!! It’s how I found your channel and I look forward to a new video each week. I get so excited when you upload and can’t wait to see what new creative idea you come up with
For Chestnut Ridge it could be fun to do either housing for ranch hands with maybe some smaller cabins and nice mess hall and a big campfire to gather around or barndominiums (basically a working barn with animals that has a condo/apartment above it).
Great idea and great build! Thank you! What do you think about an urban vibe/industrial look of an old manufacturing warehouse turned up-scale condos. Old Salt House would be a perfect place. In Chicago you see this kind of conversions a lot. Or perhaps warehouse converted to artist spaces?
There's a channel here on youtube called "Experience Japan" I believe and this guy just does all this cool stuff around Japan and one of the things he does is stays a night at different capsule hotels and they always look so cozy! I think it would be so fun to sleep in one for a night and I can totally see how convenient they are for travelers or someone who's working in a different town or something and just needs a cheap place to crash.
You can build a dorm in Copperdale with a thrift store, boba tea and student hangout on the ground floor, maybe even a night club for them in the basement of the building, and 3 floors with 2 rooms on each floor and each with a different aesthetic..
Evergreen Harbor: Shipping container tiny village; Willow Creek: A row of shotgun houses; Magnolia Promenade: Cute city block with retail spaces on the bottom and apartments on the top; Copperdale: Gossip Girl-style boarding school; Granite Falls: camper trailers
I wonder if the reason that packs like growing together have some odd pieces is because they design the pieces before all the packs are ready and then have spare pieces that end up in the pack? Like that bamboo possibly was designed for the for rent pack as it fits perfectly on this build but they put it in the growing together pack as they didn't have room in the for rent pack?
I’m going to try again with my suggestion for an apartment building in Magnolia Promenade. I think it would liven up the world. With all the retail lots nearby, there’s a lot for the residents to do.
I've been hoping would do a vampire apartment complex for Forgotten Hollow styled as kind of a hub for stuff to do without being in the sun - tried to find one on the gallery yesterday but no dice.
The only pod hotel I’ve seen in North America is in Whistler! A run down, scary hotel/motel like someone else mentioned would be cool! A mix of occult and true crime creepy.
I agree with the Batuu sentiment, it has SUCH good lights flooring and plants but its BATUU??? like such a waste😭😭😭 they could’ve made it a kit or a stuff pack and it would’ve been way more worth the money… i still bought it tho🤣🤣🤣
You can make a Japanese aesthetic work in base game, so even though it would take alot of tweaks, it's doable! If you search for build titled Bamboo Cottage on the gallery with the base game filter you can see the tiny home I made for an example. I'm super cheap, so I'd never buy Snowy Escape, but as an anime appreciator, Japanese aesthetics have a special place in my heart 🤭

i would love to see a pet friendly or pet hotel for brindleton bay and it would have a lot of places for pets or animals to just hangout at

An off-the-grid hippie commune in the middle of the woods could be a fun build!
Would love that too 🤩
I was thinking the same!
Totally 😮

I think its CRAZY how creative and amazing you are in building in the sims!!😍🤩
I love occult builds and think it'd be really cool for Glimmerbrook if you did a boarding school where the students of the Magic Realm can stay

For Chestnut Ridge it could be fun to do either housing for ranch hands with maybe some smaller cabins and nice mess hall and a big campfire to gather around or barndominiums (basically a working barn with animals that has a condo/apartment above it).
The nap pods were perfect for this.
Also, I literally ate a cup of Ramen while watching this.

Summer camp in Granite falls!
Maybe a runaway teen house with party basement in Copperdale, or an 'abandoned' hotel for werewolves who can't control themselves.
In Moonwood Mill ofcourse
it would be great to have a boarding school for Cooperdale, it would give a lot of play.
