Yes, this! Windenburg is a German inspired world and a row of old Tudor houses with commercial space on the bottom is exactly what you’d find in town centers here
This would be great. Each apartment could represent a different school of magic! -School of Practical Magic-Organized, tidy and in good repair (no shabby). Not afraid of light/bright colors that show stains because they know the cleaning spells. Tons of plants because they know the gardening spells. -School of Mischief Magic-Super cluttered with random knickknacks, between items they steal with the Burgliate spell, and people they turned into objects with the Morphiate spell. Furniture distressed from all of the fights that break out from fighting spells. Should kind of feel like the Burrow where the Weasley's live. -School of Untamed Magic-Ultra spooky and haunted because of all the death-related spells. -School of Alchemy-Medieval apothecary shop vibes. Features a cauldron and lots of shelving for all of the ingredients and potions.
I’ve been working on something similar but my game has been struggling with the amount of stuff and keeps crashing. I’m on console so not affected by the recent mod issues but still haven’t been motivated to get back into it with the build mode and saving bugs in game.
I think it would be really cool to see a retirement home in maybe evergreen harbour or Brindlton bay or even Windenburg.🥰 Love your builds by the way❤️

How about an apartment building in Magnolia Promenade? Having people actually living in that world would a little livelier. Plus, the residents would have easy access to shops and other fun stuff to do.

I love the photographer’s house, I think I’d swap out the bed for the pull out bed from tiny living, to sorta make it look like it’s a studio that they ended up having to sneakily move into full time cause they’re secretly broke and couldn’t afford to have both a house AND a studio space - and they can hide the bed to make it look like it’s just a random photography studio space to keep up appearances

I think for newcrest you should build a like spaceship type of build, all white clean build, almost like it landed in the middle of no where and that’s why it’s all empty around it.
I love the idea of a luxury spa resort in Mt. Komorebi (sp?) It would be so pretty to have the open style door and include things like hot springs, massage room, maybe even a small restaurant alongside little luxury suites 🥰
This turned out so cool! I recently got Get Famous when it was on sale, so this was really helpful inspiration for me. For Willow Creek, maybe it could be fun to have a house with a basement suite or detached housing for parents/in-laws. Since it's such a basic starter world, leaning into the multi-generational living idea would make sense.

I've never used the bae windows but they look so good from the inside. This trailer park makes me want to create some sims to live there (I already have an up and coming actress who would be perfect for this). It gives off a very cozy vibe.
At first I was obsessed with the sage green home then you said fashion photographer for the career and I was sold! I love all of these but definitely favor the sage green.
I think for Mt. Komorebi it should be a really small and confined city block with allies going around the lot and the bottom could be some community lots and the top could be apartments.
They’re all really pretty! But the one that’s all pink tile bothers me. Why would there be tile in the living room or bedroom? They’re not plumbed areas or "wet areas " so what would be the purpose? It’s very cute otherwise tho.
Watching these sim building videos made me discover that in Australia we pronounce “Pergola” very differently and it is very bizarre. Hearing it pronounced per-go-la rather than the Australian way Per-goal-a, with more emphasis on the the “gol” (sounds the same like a sports goal) is very strange to me, but a fun little learning experience. Thought someone might find this interesting or funny

Old Salt house has the balcony you see in these old warehouse conversions. Steel beams, wood, leather, air ducts running across the ceiling.

a dude ranch in horse ranch, with like a bar and dance floor/restraunt with rooms- kinda like a truck stop vibe but with a cowboy twist and insert a hotel (like lumber jack esque with like fishing and hunting stuff, darts, etc)...I guess you could also do that with werewolves with like a werewolves twist and have it like run down and now a werewolf clubhouse or something

the dj mobile home is too real, they 100% would sacrifice practical space for decks/equipment lol.
