I've used the tube in Scotland lots of times in the past and occasionally nowadays and lve never seen any violence between passengers and staff.

Every underground station should screen doors like on jubilee line stations also crossrail elizabeth line?
Attitudes to working in London is piss poor profit over safety etc etc bosses that don't give a toss only cares about targets sale's
These people all come across as actors. It feels scripted?
They are actors and they are playing real people. Everything they are saying, was said by the real staff members who work for the London Ungeround. They read the stories of what these people have said. So they are acting it out. 👍
