    I'm so happy I found this! It's flowing almost hypnotic, very restful and energizing at the same time. Definitely going to be part of my daily routine. Thank you for sharing.

    Simply beautiful! Rhythmic movements..like poetic ballet in motion! I'm including this in my routine.

    Hi, you show left hand but say "right hand". I do not understand.

      It is "mirror image" to follow

      Ok. Thank yuo. But the salute (right fist, left palm) it is normal not mirrored so I was confused.

      @@valentinstavila2220 He probably saluted right way but then did a mirror exercise for us. It is always very confusing. I know , I am confused myself. The key is to continue trying to follow and your best but not to try to be perfect..
