Chaos at Peckham Job Centre. Tyrant Goes Nuts. Police get dismissed!

I visited Peckham Job Centre Plus, & the unhinged tyrannical JCP Manager shows us all why these PUBLIC SERVANTS need to be held to account.
The fact that this Tyrant is allowed to work with members of the public is beyond concerning & leaves me with serious question marks over the safety of ANY individual that he has to come into contact with. He clearly has anger issues & needs professional help.
The civil enforcement gang aka the police are summoned & again seemed to try to police matters that quite frankly are outside their remit & have nothing to do with them, namely trespass.
The officers who in the grand scheme of things were reasonable & engaged in a constructive conversation still showed us that we the public are not treated as equals, & they don't act with impartiality.
They also once again fail when it comes to the BWV & not one of the three took the earliest opportunity to inform me they were in use.
This video would have been 75 mins long without any edits & for full disclosure any cuts I made were to edit out members of the public where it didn't compromise any of the footage showing interactions & the long wait for the police to arrive which was just me narrating to the camera for over 30 minutes.
I eventually got the police to leave & was able to leave of my own accord. Had it not been so drawn out I would have insisted on staying longer but I just couldn't be bothered this time & had other things that needed done so this seemed the best alternative.

Thing I found strange about this was the way that the employee was insulting you for having an old phone, cheap shoes etc...Of all the places to degrade someone for lacking the appropriate standards of wealth within society, Job Centre is one of the worst possible lol. This is a review that was made 2 months ago on google - had a horrible experience at this job centre, the guy with dreadlocks is the most rudest customer service manager i have ever experienced which provided NO help whatsoever and made me feel so low and manipulated me, he has no manners and respect, if you have an appointment with Darren do NOT go. he doesn’t know what he’s doing and is very lazy, everyone else in the job centre is lovely. this guy should NOT be a customer service manager, he doesn’t know how to handle customers. avoid him at ALL costs!

When someone says something like that it just reveals something desperately sad about the way they think and see the world. Imagine that being important to you and using it as a way to make yourself feel above or "superior" to other people. That guy has a really ugly view of the world and other people and I can only imagine the misery he has inflicted on the poor and vulnerable people coming in to the job centre, often at their lowest ebb. This vile individual has so much clear contempt for the poor, he likely has really damaged a lot of people in his role. Disturbing stuff.
Job centre staff are ALWAYS like this. We have our benefits and job support denied if we look wrong at them. You're so lucky to get an ounce of support

Every single time with these audits, the police stick with whatever person they agree with, despite all other evidence. This was a clear breach of the peace by the guy who was shouting at you, but all they care about is you filming. Its just so tedious. DO YOUR JOBS PROPERLY OFFICERS.

I worked in Peckham JCP, for a number of years as a security officer. Many of the staff there are ABSOLUTELY embarrassing and very unprofessional to many members of the public. I worked for G4s. Who are also a bloody embarrassment, many guards were not trained properly, and very good at causing unnecessary situations with the public. On many occasions I defused many moments that were caused by the terrible unprofessional attitudes of the JCP staff. It was and still is a bloody shambles. No matter what other people say.

I went to dod st job centre for help fillingnin a pip form. I have hEDS and my fingers break when pressure is applied so I can't write.
They refused to help me with the form saying they don't do that anymore and that as a white woman I should have people I can ask for help, I said I don't and even if I did I don't want them knowing how bad my health really is because majority of it is invisible, I looked round and saw a member of staff filling in a form for a man, so I asked why is he getting help, she said "he doesn't speak or read English" and I said that's discrimination and they really didn't understand where I was coming from. Kept bringing up that I'm white so I'm privileged for that reason alone and I shouldn't be so racist. I lost my composure and started crying coz I felt like I was being attacked for being white and for having a problem with being discriminated. I Cussed them out without raising my voice while theu shouted racial and hate abuse as I left. I was sobbing down the st. There's no services in tower hamlets for white British, if I was bangla or Somali or even eastern European I'd have 20 odd choices to ask for help with my forms but there's no help for white British. I'm actually Irish and irish are part of BAME but because I'm white people seriously and ignorantly think u can't have white minorities here. I don't want special treatment tho, I just want equality.
It's awful, even going in there for an appointment your sized up like yeah I'm a 5 foot nothing female what are you expecting me to do, I'm just here for what I'm entitled to, don't matter if you do actually work, show any confidence they try to squash it, probably part of the whole process

I hope you've put a request in for a copy of the video that judge Dreadlocks took on his phone as he's required to provide you with a copy under the GDPR legislation.

This guy commited a hate crime made clear references to your employment status according to him. Made comments about your mental health which anyone who heard would find offensive. Commented on your clothing and dress. All which can be classed as a hate crime directed at someone.
Imagine if u had gone in and said that to one of there staff or a member of the public you would of been arrested immediately and his threatening nature including the directed violence with the way he had his hands in your face etc was enough to cause anyone watching alarm and distress.
I found it so just watching him behave like that towards you. It’s due to people like him I had agrophobia for years scared to venture out in case I came across someone like him.

Imagine if he had done that to someone with a genuine reason to visit and also film. I’ve a disability I film due to memory issues and it’s discrimination for them not to allow something that may aid the person who has the disability clearly discrimination of people in there policies.
I have to visit this place and see if for medical reasons they allow me to film if they do then it’s clearly discrimination against others. I know they make allowances but imagine if I was visiting with a genuine need to film and I was treated like this by those goons.

Tbh, if i was wanting a job and wanted to use a jobcentre and i was in Peckham, i would move because i would never want to be anywhere near that unhinged lunatic. Job centres are nuts places, the number of times I've been in them when the security escalated problems rather then solved them is unbelievable, I'd be frightened of working in one not because of the claimants but the security egging on angry and possibly mentally ill people to do stuff like arson, its mad.

Subscribed. I have worked for Jobcentre Plus for 20 years and I am totally angered by the staff member's aggressive and nonsensical behaviour towards you performing a perfectly legal activity. The DWP is a bonkers organisation-their staff recruitment process has been ruined by a fanatical drive for inclusion and box-ticking at any cost and unfortunately this little performance represents just a microcosm of public services across the board. I also appreciate your efforts in exposing the absolute jamboree of policy mismanagement in public services in the UK.
I think all advisors and claiments should be able to film to protect themselves, no point just security they are only at the front of the building, it's getting worse and them being immediately aggressive is disgusting

So how exactly do they want you to open your camera on their property to scan the qr codes that i have noticed on at least 1 flyer that they have on show ?
It's amazing how some people react to a man with a camera and think you need there permission to film them when it's them who came to a man with a camera and if they just go away they would not be filmed but to keep coming back does not make sense and the police get it all wrong.
