    Laughing Auditor, I am extremely pleased and grateful that you are taking the initiative to bring to light the inadequacies and shortcomings of our law enforcement agencies. It is quite surprising that they seem to lack the necessary knowledge and expertise when it comes to matters such as photography and the use of drones. Your efforts are commendable, and I hope that they will serve as a wake-up call to those responsible for ensuring that our police force is well-informed and well-equipped to handle all situations effectively and efficiently. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to making our society a safer and more just place for all.

    Details indicate Queen Elizabeth II Centre is owned by HM Government, operated by Dept of Leveling Up, Housing and Communities . . . so it is Not private and is indeed a Public Space outside the building. They need to re-evaluate their security hiring of compulsive liars.
    Under their Filming Locations tab, they offer indoor and exterior filming opportunities and no where does it state the public is prohibited from recording in a public space.

So, infringing citizen's rights is undesirable as a rule of thumb. You either support the First Amendment or it is rendered toothless. Or worse still is hijacked by corporstions and corrupted. In today's society, it is crucial for individuals in various professions to possess effective communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with members of the public. However, there are instances where specific individuals fail to meet these expectations, negatively impacting both the organisation and the public they serve. The importance of retraining those who exhibit behaviour like this which is disgraceful to the public is paramount.
    When individuals behave inappropriately and unprofessionally, it reflects poorly on the organisation as a whole. Such behaviour can erode public trust and damage the organisation's reputation. It is essential for organisations to retrain and improve the behaviour of their employees.
    Retraining programs can help them respond more appropriately. Their behaviour was nothing short of despicable.
    Effective communication is at the heart of any successful interaction with the public. It requires individuals to actively listen, empathise, and respond respectfully and promptly. They need retraining to emphasise the importance of clear and concise communication, both verbally and non-verbally, to ensure that messages are understood and received positively. By improving communication skills, they could resolve conflicts amicably and foster positive relationships with the public rather than behave like animals.
    Empathy is a fundamental quality that individuals must possess when dealing with the public. They need help developing and enhancing their empathy skills, understanding and appreciating others' thoughts and feelings, and responding with compassion and understanding.
    In our increasingly diverse society, it is imperative for individuals to be culturally sensitive when interacting with the public. What if you were wearing a burka or a niqab, which also covers up the face?! Would they demand they remove their face covering like they did you?! No I do not think they would!
    The disgraceful behaviour exhibited by individuals in the video when dealing with the public highlights the urgent need for retraining. The areas of improvement, such as communication skills, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, organisations need to ensure that their employees are equipped with the necessary tools to effectively engage with the public. Organisations need to restore public trust, enhance their reputation, and provide a positive experience for all members of the public they serve.

    They must trawl pub doors to find diverse bouncers, they then give them security jobs outside government buildings where they confront innocent sober drug free members of the public, these so called security guards are totally out of their environment and depth, all the grief they give a member of the public just for wearing a mask, these individuals don't have the temperament, self control and or the intelligence for the job and they need to be kept away from the public, sack them now.

    The reason the security guard wanted your face covering off was NOT just for a reference photo, it was to ID you illegally through Clearview AI facial recognition software. Here in Canada and the US a lot of private companies use it as well. I've made a couple of videos about it. Thanks for the awesome content!

    • @slochran2
      @slochran2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for this. I'm certain many people are not aware that AI is now being used by private companies to illegally collect and collate biometric data of the public without their knowledge. Imagine walking the high street.
      Imagine.... You are over due for a haircut. The CCTV which is tied into an AI of the local barber's sees you passing, scans your appearance and identifies you by comparing it with another company who has questionably acquired biometric data on yourself, your email, your DM, your phone and address. Within a fraction of a second the 💈 AI is lighting up your phone. Soon we'll all be wearing face shields with polarising film to defeat facial image capturing technologies.

That might sound over the top, but if you're going to have a public-facing job, especially one which endows you with a modicum of power, you'd better bloody well take responsibility for your actions and certainly not let your ego take over when a member of the public refuses to kowtow to your misinformed demands.
