Yes there are multiple! That one is a popular but expensive one. There are a few good ones at this mall called Macroplaza. If the products are from China it'll be expensive, if they're made in Mexico it's more affordable.
Sorry I forgot to answer the second part - we’ve been to Pepe’s many times! We can’t really compare Pipi’s to Pepe’s - it’s not the same type of restaurant at all. Pepe’s is basically straight tacos & cheap prices whereas Pipi’s has a large variety of dishes and an elevated price.
Our Fav go to restaurant is Mariscos Cisneros, Aguacate 271, Zona Romantica. Their seafood barrita was amazing! Their Seafood Chili Relleno was fabulous as well!

OMG, glad to see that you gave Pipis a shot. It is always a busy place after 5:00. We never thought about the age of the crowd but you are correct. Most of the time it is an older generation that visits the restaurant. The wife and I enjoy mariachi music anytime. Thanks!
Our love for PV and Mexico has grown every single day that passes. I'd be lying if I said otherwise. This is a great fit for us but it isn't for everyone.
That restaurant seemed SO unlike you guys!!!! Not the place for a date night but sometimes you have to try places out to really know what resonates with you. Glad you got to get out, however. So important as parents to rekindle your relationship and make time for yourselves; sometimes hard to remember what that was like before kids!!! Hah! Thanks for sharing…
It definitely wasn't! Taco stand, a blanket and a beach is our usual go to so we though we'd try something different Lol We always have a great time regardless and are always happy to share the experience with you guys 😊

We really liked Restaurante Miel in 5 de Diciembre on Belice. Maybe check it out. Great wood-fired pizza and cocktails. Great owner and staff too.
