Finally. I’m on to the interior covering. I’ve looked forward to this stage for a while now. If you like standing in cramped spaces acting like a contortionist with wet glue everywhere, you’re gonna love this !

A friend of mine did his entire BH interior out of that plastic corrugated board. It’s light, tough, cheap, and easy to replace.

I’m at the rear window installation point on the left side
I have a couple of question I would like to ask you about the attachment and sealing the window where it attaches tote vertical aluminum former

Hi Don. I used corflute. It’s also known as corrugated plastic.

Hi Matt, I’m planning to do the forward cockpit interior with Kydex sheet. The exterior is aluminium up front and fabric from the cockpit back.
