He basically used MMA math to encourage fans to not purchase Jon Jones vs Stipe Miocic on PPV. He makes hypocritical statements regarding Francis Ngannou to delegitimize him because he left the UFC.

It’s honestly hard to watch old Dana! He contradicts himself at every turn! So many great points Joey! Shannon would never know enough to rebuff this stuff. Any true mma fan who has watched the post fight pressers throughout the years etc. and followed along, knows how crazy this all sounds. Jones is not the goat btw Joey. He was caught cheating. Not saying it disqualifies him, but it definitely has an impact. He’d need to do much more at this point due to the previous dirty tests.Maybe a few real defenses at heavyweight. GSP is the real deal. Clean, respectful fighter. Night and day. Also Hendricks was HIGHLY likely to be on drugs as well, and I think that fight was tougher to score than Jones/Reyes. Look how Dana did GSP! He’s such a POS sometimes. True colors were shown when he slapped his wife not once, but twice.

Actually, Dana can do MMA math on Aspinall vs Jone too. He would say Aspinall lost to Blaydes and Blaydes lost to Lewis and Lewis lost to Gane therefore Aspinall loses to Gane. While Jones ran through Gane. Which means Jones runs through Aspinall anyway

Obviously there is little interest in Jones versus Stipe, but at least Dana will make a good payday, even though it would be far less than what he could make if Jones fights Tom. That fight will never happen.

stipe ducked them ALL even before jones announced he was coming back. jones was retired because he was unhappy with his contract. stipe pretty much went dark after ngannou laid him out. he was getting called out for 2 years and wasn't saying anything. as soon as ngannou leaves both him and jones came back doing interviews. jones only called stipe out AFTER he beat gane and that's almost 3 years if stipe ducking call outs. still to this day, he has no idea if jones is coming back or not
