Everyone has their own definition of pound-for-pound. To me, in my opinion only, in order to be considered a pound for pound great you have to fight outside your weight division and largely be successful or very competitive.

Why do a fictional comparison of fighters comparing skill for skill to try to figure out who's pound-for-pound best? When obviously a heavyweight is not going to utilize the same skills of a lower weight fighter because they have so much more power.
For example, let's think about it, some of the more skilled heavyweight fighters are often not the heavyweight champion in most eras.
Francis was UFC champion not because he was the most skilled fighter but because he had the most power!
