What you just heard is called ORIGINALITY. It doesn't exist much anymore. There were thousands of rappers in the 90's and the #1 rule was no one could have the same sound.

Yep. It's why main stream rap has been dead for nearly 20 years IMO. Personally I think white guys dominate good rap now. Upchurch, ACal, Tom Macdonald, etc.

Everyone you named from Drake to Migos was inspired by Bone Thugs n Harmony. They completely changed the sound of hip-hop to what it is today with singing, rapping, flows & Harmonizing. They are the Legends, The GOATS who paved and created their own lane in hip-hop and everyone from R&B to Pop jumped in their lane and ran with it. Some reactions you should start with to understand who they are is. Thuggish Ruggish Bone..Foe Tha love of Money dirty version..Notorious Thugs ft Biggie Smalls..Thug Luv ft 2Pac. If you find yourself enjoying those few songs then you can start doing reactions to their 1st Mainstream album that set the world on fire called.. Creeping on ah come up. Nobody was rapping, singing and flowing like this when they 1st dropped. It was fast rapper's but not what Bone brought to hip-hop.

The fast rapping was new to everyone when Bone thugs came out. Only a few people could figure out all their lyrics right away and they would show off that they knew the lyrics. You were considered awesome if you could rap their songs. Also, that they were real gangsters from Cleveland that rapped in harmony. There were no others like them then or since then. This song and Thuggish Ruggish Bone made them mainstream.

I was about 12 or 13 when this song came out. I was already a a fan from their debut single that came out in the summer of ‘94. Bone is indeed the greatest and most talented rap group to ever exist. That style was and still is mindblowing. My fondest memory of this song was hearing my gym teacher singing it to herself as we were in the lunch line getting our food. I couldn’t stand that woman and she butchered the parts of the song she tried to rap 😂 I wanted to correct her so bad but I was low key scared of her because she was a bxtch smh

Gotta do The Luniz-I got 5 on it ..and in the same video do The luniz "i got 5 on it" (remix) ....from the channel "Rubin Westmore II" ... (theres a gang of incredible artists on it)..
there are a couple versions that might make it confusing the ( bass boosted) version sounds good if you got a system to play it right

I'd rather see a reaction to the dirty version with no video than any clean version
