As a single recent retiree (US Army 2017), I appreciate the guidance as I meal prep for the week. I have found your videos inspiring. I have Ninjafied my kitchen and I am looking forward to preparing wholesome meals on a weekly basis. Thank you for taking the time to educate this old Soldier and enhance my quality of life. It is so easy to grab take out or roll through the nearest McDonalds drive thru. The real food is what I need for a healthy life-style and I appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow. Thank you.

I just found your channel, I purchased a foodi (arrives tomorrow) so I have watched several of your videos. What I love is as you are adding the ingredients, I am calculating how I can adjust to fit my ketovore/carnivore lifestyle, and the fact you encourage us to adjust to fit our personal preferences which encourages me to think and adjust. This one I can easily adjust the meatloaf for me, and have a complete meal for my kids and grands as well that don't share my diet style.
I watched your 2 part interview with CJ and I was saddened to hear you no longer read your comments. Those of us there that are not haters miss out on your valued advice, but I truly understand your need to protect yourself.
May all God's love be placed on you.

I am not a cook. Never enjoyed cooking so I only do it when I want to eat something I can’t find in restaurants. But, my sister raved about her air fryer so I thought I’d give it a go and ended up with the Ninja Foodi. I stumbled on your videos and suddenly I’m inspired to get in there and give this a shot. The meatloaf looks wonderful and it’s too rare to find a restaurant that does that well. Thanks for the tutoring and inspiration!

    Here is our family recipe
Meat grated carrots, tiny diced onion, finely diced bell pepper, grated apple, or a little apple sauce, Lipton onion soup mix, cracker crumbs.
The glaze we call tomato gravy we put the red peeper seeds, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce.
Measurements about the same as yours. Grated carrots about 3/4 cup same for the grated apple.
Never thought about putting cheese in my meat loaf before. Sounds great Thanks. Oh and bell pepper about 1/4 cup so hubby can dig them out

I asked Santa for one for Christmas and he gave me the money to get for myself. Still haven't decided which Ninja that I'm getting for myself. It's just me and occasionally my son and guests. Was thinking the smaller one until I saw this cheesy meatloaf. Feels like you are talking just to me as a novice. Also, like "crispy" textures too from air fried things to carrots, just like you do. Thank you. Appreciate you so much! Sincerely, Bree B

LOOKS SO YUMMY....and I've been wanting to make one...bought everything but then didn't want to make it so froze the meat, now I have to thaw it and that takes time too....I probably will do the carrots & potatoes the nite before...then won't take so long.... but will do mine in the oven or slow cooker....both makes a good meatloaf too, do not have a air fryer yet.....lol, so you use what you have..... I have the meatloaf pan also that drains the fat out of the meatloaf, it does not sit in the fat and that makes a great difference too.....less fat to eat.....

I’m from the UK and I’ve never known what meatloaf was but this looks amazing!

I hope you give it a try! I know there was some discussion about this in my group from a few people from the UK. I think they called the ground beef, mince. They also found a substitute for the cheese crackers, but I can't remember what they used. I can try to find out if you want.

i love that your recipes are all in the ninja. I started on this channel from the first meal i cooked in my ninja about two weeks ago and hope to do away with my stove...j/k but its possible. In the extreme heat we have summers in AZ this appliance is going to be a life changer.

Awesome! I wanna try that recipe! Never made a meat loaf before in my quick cooker. But I think I need that ninja cooker that does everything. I would have glazed those carrots a little with that left over glaze so they don't dry up too much.

I hope you love it! I've heard that you don't have the same type of crackers I used in the UK, but you can use any cheese biscuit/cracker. I hope you love it!

Hi, Louise. Love this video. My hubby wanted meatloaf, but he insisted on his own recipe. lol, but I did show him how to make it fit in the foil as you did. Cooking a few potatoes, but I think we'll just eat them with salt, pepper and butter, and I'll make a salad for another side. This looks delish though! Cross fingers, it should turn out ok!

The Salted Pepper omigosh it was! I actually cooked a 3.5 lb loaf for 30 minutes as a boo boo, so I NR’ed for 15 minutes and it was completely released. It read 165, but it bled when I pulled out the thermometer. I was a bit freaked until I realized, hey, this great! I have to air crisp it anyway! Glazed and a solid 10 minutes it hit 170F! We took it out, let it rest and I toasted some garlic bread. My husband is beside himself with, “ this is the best meatloaf I’ve ever had!” The plain buttered salt and pepper potatoes were a nice contrast and a wee salad, we are stuffed! Thank you, you’re so great.
