You can have a felony and get your real estate license. I am proof. It's taking me over a year and having to present my case in front of the board , they finally granted me my license in Virginia

When are you brothers having an event in NYC again? I recently got put on to your channel and it's been really motivating and insightful. Please keep up this work! A lot of us my have the means, but lack the knowledge on how to achieve the dream and you guys sure as hell put out the knowledge!! My twin bro and I started a logistic Co in Atlanta about a year ago. I sent the trucking empire vid to my twin and man! He really needed to hear what Alix was putting down. We are looking to scale that biz and once we are in a good place the next thing on the horizon is real-estate!!! Thanks again for the work y'all do! I'll be on the lookout for an event here or in Atlanta.

Hi Rashad & Troy. Thank you soo much for creating this platform and continuing to do the work to make it grow and reach more ppl. You all have opened my mind to money management in ways I had not considered before and I already used to think of myself as pretty market savy so thank you for that. Now, here's my question: I tend to come back to re-watch these videos to relearn or take more notes, but I find myself skipping around the video trying to find the topic I want to revist. Is it possible for you all to put the time frame down, in the video description, for each topic/segment you cover? I've seen other TH-camrs do it and it helps the viewer skip to the exact part of the video they need to get to. Of course, if it messes with you alls algorithm/streams/revenue you can get from TH-cam please disregard this question. Just want to see if that's feasible for you guys. Again, thank you for all you do. Bless up! 💪🏾

Great interview once again Brothas! That’s one major lesson I had to learn early as an entrepreneur, I had to build a system & a great team to truly level up. As a extremely young Brotha wet behind the ears when I decided to become an entrepreneur I came in with a major ego & had this mindset that I was going to build this empire on my own, become a multi billionaire overnight, & stunt on all of these cats! While having success but not the success I wanted/expected after talking to my mentor & studying him I realized he had something I didn’t. He had a strong team that helped him with his vision. He told me that “you are young, hungry, & brilliant but you won’t grow or survive trying to be a one man show, you need a team”! I had trust issues, so this was extremely hard for me. He showed we what I needed to look for in building my team & helped me plug & play! That’s the moment I went from playing pitty pat to playing chess! Great work Fellas, keep grinding & keep putting out this excellent content! We are watching & learning! 🙏🏿💪🏿❤️

Realtors have a code of ethics, get extra training, contribute to community growth🤔...these are all LITERALLY what a real estate agent possesses as well..and not all agents JUST got their license..you have to follow a code of ethics and be tested on it on the state board to be licensed as an agent, AND must take continued education courses in ethics in order to stay up on following ethics and using integrity in the industry...and the biggest point--YOU CANT BECOME A REALTOR UNLESS YOURE AN AGENT🤦🏽‍♀️because it’s just a title that’s paid for so that an AGENT can be on a board and get certain perks...it reminds me of the awards in the industry given to agents-although they pay for the nomination themselves! That’s not an award. It’s paying for recognition...stop this pedestal creation of that title and downplaying agents who choose not to pay to be CALLED a “realtor”, people.

It’s also important to check with your state to see if they offer price waivers for veterans.

Banks do. If you're the buyer, getting a loan from a bank. Before they cut you the check, they'll send their own appraiser to the home to insure the price you're paying for the home is the value of the loan.
