First of all, You could lose it all and you could win it all. It goes both ways. Secondly, what works for A may not necessarily work for B and you should not be a bandwagon investor. A good number of folks are raking in huge 6 figure gains in this downtrend, but such strategies are mostly successfully executed by folks with in depth market knowledge.
I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!

Is this really a good time to buy stocks? I know everyone says the mrkt is ripe enough for buying but will stocks tank further this year? How long until a full stock recovery? How are other people in this market raking in over $250k gains within months, I'm really just confused at this point.
It all depends on how long you're willing to hold for, stocks might likely tank further, but making serious gains in this downtrend wouldn't be a problem if you're a pro

What the Brother said about thinking our kids want to go into our business just because that's what we want. I'm in real estate and just because my kids want to help when they're small doesn't mean thats what they want to do when they are adults. Its something I need to look more into. Plus if you just "give" your properties to your children, they are not gonna appreciate its value like you did because they didn't earn it.

Is this really a good time to buy stocks? I know everyone says the mrkt is ripe enough for buying but will stocks tank further this year? How long until a full stock recovery? How are other people in this market raking in over $250k gains within months, I'm really just confused at this point.
It all depends on how long you're willing to hold for, stocks might likely tank further, but making serious gains in this downtrend wouldn't be a problem if you're a pro
@@michaelnoah3503 It came to my notice as well, a lot of folks are making huge 6figure killings in this downtrend, only just that such technques are mostly successfully executed by folks with indepth mrkt knowledge.

One insight I found was man is crazy specific when he searches. He says he only seeks out a certain kind of property. With a certain type of tenant. He has really narrowed his search down. I imagine this is powerful in the sense that his focus and energy is not on a lot of property types. Rather 1 specific

What the Brother said about thinking our kids want to go into our business just because that's what we want. I'm in real estate and just because my kids want to help when they're small doesn't mean thats what they want to do when they are adults. Its something I need to look more into. Plus if you just "give" your properties to your children, they are not gonna appreciate its value like you did because they didn't earn it.
