1. Battery loses its capacity every usage. So, if the range is 200 when new, it might get reduced every year.
2. Battery cost is too too high. To get it replaced, you may need to spend upto 80,000rs.
3. Can't go for a Long drive. You need to charge the battery too often.
4. Need to charge everyday.
5. The myth is, ELECTRIC vehicles are there to reduce pollution. But to make an electric vehicle they pollute way too much than the fuel vehicles production. The CO2 percentage on earth is 0.04% only.

Battery cost 45 k to 90 k, which might be replaced 3 to 5 years once, to have smart features in your ev you need to recharge the esim which costs 1000 per year.
Also motor belt needs to be charged every 3 year. Consider 45k battery, motor belt along with electricity unit charges atleast it would require atleast 2k to 3k per month.
No one mentioning battery cost.
no need to recharge esim in Ola iam using it. no need to add 3k rupees for maintainane. take 3000 rupees whole year maintaince contract from ola all service covered for any failures and road assistance.

Bro , minor correction. In local , petrol bike/scooter will not give 50km mileage. It's all depends on vehicle maintenance and engine quality and tyre pressure.

@@azardeen46 battery warranty is free replacement for 5 years and its not that batterry will stop work after 5 years .battery percentage will be degrading to 80% can be used for another 3 years. iam using ola its more that 1.5 years no degradation observed til date same milage . iam using for long distance daily commute is around 48 kms and i had crossed 11000 kms still same performance .
