பேட்டரி லைஃப் 3 ஆண்டுகள்னு கம்பெனியில் சொல்றாங்க. அப்போ, மினிமம் 2 1/2 ஆண்டுகள்னு வெச்சுக்கிட்டாலும் 5 ஆண்டுகளில் 2 முறை மாற்ற வேண்டும். இதில் இரண்டு பேட்டரிகள் உள்ளன. ஒன்றின் விலை உத்தேசமாக 15000 என்றால் 4 பேட்டரிக்கு 60,000 ஆகி விடும். இதனை இங்கு குறிப்பிட வில்லை. இது போல டிஸ்பிளே லைஃப் அண்ட் ரிபிளேஸ்மெண்ட் சார்ஜ் போன்ற பல சேதிகள் விடுபட்டுள்ளன. பொத்தாம் பொதுவாக இக்கரையில் இருந்து அக்கரையைப் பற்றி பேசுவது போல உள்ளது. உஷார்.
5 ஆண்டுகள் பேட்டரி கவலை இல்லை, 4000 ருபாய் கட்டினால் பேட்டரி வாரண்ட்டி 3 ல் இருந்து 5 ஆண்டுகள் ஆகிவிடும், 8600 கட்டினால் மோட்டார் பேட்டரி அனைத்தும் வாரண்டிக்குள் 5 ஆண்டு வந்து விடும் (சார்ஜர் 2 ஆண்டுகள் மட்டும்) இன்று தான் ஷோ ரூமில் கேட்டேன்...
எந்த வாகனம் வாங்க வேண்டும் என்று முடிவு செய்பவர்களுக்கு மிக பயனுள்ள பதிவு.
நான் Yamaha zr கடந்த 2015 ஆண்டுமுதல் பயன்படுத்துகிறேன்.5 வருடம் 1.30 km மைலேஜ் குறையவில்லை.சர்விஸ் சரியாக செய்தால் மைலேஜ் குறையாது.

மூன்று மாதத்திற்கு ஒரு முறை கண்டிப்பாக சர்வீஸ் விட்டால் தான் நல்லா இருக்கும்..... 5000 என்பதே வருடத்திற்கு குறைவு தான்.... 125சிசி லாம் ஒரு முறை சர்வீஸ் க்கு 2500 குறையாமல் பில் வருது..... 4 X 2500 = 10000

You should calculate for 10 years. Digital instruments cluster parts cost are high. They should bring basic analog verson options also . At present petrol bikes are reliable.

Inorder to charge a 3KwH battery minimum of 3 units will be consumed.. but you used 1unit for complete charging which is a wrong calculation

I will use the Vehicle for more than 10 years. What will be battery life and cost of battery replacement.
If i replace battery after 5 years the cost is going to be more than 50% of the bike cost. If i consider inflation the cost of battery after 5 years ll be even more .
After 5 years anyway i have to use bike . Either i should sell the bike and buy new EV or replace the battery. Either ways the cost will match the petrol vehicle cost if i ise the petrol vehicle for ten years.
Thambi, add insurance cost as well. It’s completely high fr ev. If resold u need to think how buyer wil think abt battery cost n he will buy fr 30k rs only instead of 45k

Low voltage will be a problem for ev vehicle charging. Fixs it
By the way the battery life is a fact when need to replace its life and if planned or sell this factor to be reviewed as well for receiving buyer point of view. How this can be a major expense is the battery core. Just my thoughts after i see your views
I heard battery replacement cost comes to around 20 K after 3-5 years based on the usage. That does not make a big difference to the equation , also if you have solar installed that could charge the bike the unit calculation can be completely removed.

Once in 2.5 yrs battery to be changed for electric scooter it has not been mentioned battery cost itself comes to 50k.

If I buy 2 nd iqube 45000 rs then replace battery amount approximately 50000 rs total 95000? Who will going to choose this?
If you do not resale it, you need to buy a new battery, then the cost of the new battery will come around 50 to 60k then your total cost will be 2L and it is the same as petrol vehicle cost....

Battery will still have 80% capacity left after 5 years and will be in warranty till 5 years if you buy the 5 year extended warranty by ola. So there will be resale value and still ev can be used without changing battery by person who don't need 100 km / charge and are okay with 80 km per charge.

Bro unga calculation la major mistake iruku. Example- neenga yearly EV charging cost calculate pana 10000Kms/(80)Milegae per charge =125times charge x 6rs/unit cost= 938rs nu poduringa. But per charge ku 3 units agum so 125x6x3= 2813rs agum so overall unga charging cost ah x3 pota tha correct.
Yes bro I agree, even if we multiply by 3 3x5000= 15,000 only for ev charge for 50,000km. Also many mentioned about petrol vehicle maintenance cost will go above 25k for 5years. If we tally it cost of ownership for petrol vehicles will always on the higher side.
