- Installing a farm auto steer system -Sveaverken F100
In this weeks episode i can finally share with you that we bought a Sveaverken F100 auto guidance system. It's a self-install system, so we give it a go and see how easy it is to install.
The field test will be in a couple of weeks after harvest when we start cultivation! We also something else new which is going to arrive soon as well. ! All will be revealed in the coming weeks and it will compliment our Auto steer unit!

Hello Pete - happily. I have also become the UK dealer of Sveaverken. I can't DM you on YT but have a instagram page - Agri Tech South West - get in touch and i can talk you through how we tackled all the challenges / what we've learnt. If you are in the market still I can help there also.
For us it was small things. It would say measure from the dome to the floor.. ok, but where on the 5inch high dome do we take this very precise Millimetre measurement from. Or, mounting to a plastic roof. We didn't want to use the self-tappers provided, we wanted a solid fixing point so mounted the pre-drilled mount plate onto one we made, to make it fix to the metal number plate bracket.. small differences have really made it look from a retrofit kit to almost factory fitted!
There is also discrepancies between the book and the screen instructions. We are well versed now!

So how is the tractor applying acceleration? I didn't see any hook up to the tractors computer. Does it have an auto accelerate?
Ugh! The steering wheel is a pain to take off!
