Bean eaters wash and boil your bean, remove the pot from the stove let the beans cool all the way in the same water. . Discard the water , add fresh water and cook to your liking. You will not suffer from gas.
Eating real meat and vegetables is what got us to the longevity we have achieved. Now all the prossesed foods are killing us. Don't agree with grains, they are very inflammatory in our digestive system and we get plenty of the fiber or non digestible cellulose in vegetables
