I was not born-again until I was 46.
When I started reading the Bible I was using the NIV. The mentors God gave me were KJV users and highly recommended it. As many others I kept using the tired argument "...it's too hard to read..." (Waaaa Waaaa). I went from the NIV (because of Job 40 foot notes) to the NASB, to the ESV to the NKJV and finally, after listening to Yankee Arnold, Robert Breaker, Gene Kim and others I went KJV. I ask for your prayers to help me continue to live in the only true word of God.
When I was born again, March 2020, I was immediately led by the Holy Spirit to the KJV. I didn’t know the differences nor did I care but I asked God to tell me which one I should read. I started with the Bible app and listened to it during my lunch time. About a year & four months later I joined a Bible study and got my first physical kj bible. The first time I sat to read it I only read till Genesis ch11 and I couldn’t read anymore bc I couldn’t really understand it. So then I started reading the New Testament. I liked it a lot more but still I couldn’t fully understand what I was reading. But the more I tried, the more I practiced and put effort, the more I began to understand and actually enjoy it. I think we just have to fully commit and not complain and just ask the Holy Spirit to help us understand. Till this day Im barely starting to read the book of the prophets like Isaiah and Jeremiah. I’m taking my time lol
@@wen0651 You hit the nail on the head. The Holy Spirit gives us what we need WHEN we need it. I did the same thing you did and started at Genesis and, like you, was overwhelmed. I recommend the book of John to new disciples. That has all one needs as a beginner. Then Romans through Philemon (books written to the gentiles). The rest are great reads but written to the Jew. 20 years ago, my son gave me a Palm hand-held device, the only free Bible that was available was the KJV - This was no mistake! I had been reading the NASV for 30 years and I noticed differences between the two versions. Well, I'm so glad I went back to the KJV. Thanks guys - this is such a blessing!
before beginning: the KJV does not include all of the books compiled by the council of carthage and hippo in 4th century, how can it remain the fully inspired Word?

after watching: this would be an appealing evangelization tool for muslims who also look at similar patterns in their quran. but numerology and gematria are qabbalistic and occult practices such that, I would suggest people look at the actual history of the Bible rather than looking for patterns and signs.
This will help: Hebrew -> Septuagint -> Vulgate tell me what books are in these :) Any bible that doesnt match these, is in error, plain and simple. And that, just like your numerological patterns, is indisputable.

I have this book, and by the time I got to page 64, I was in tears. Our KJV/his word/our daily bread is truly signed by our Great, one and only heavenly father. There is no doubt about it. I even bought one for some Christian friends who, like me, use the KJV. It does open your eyes.
My goodness such emotion ..... you'd think this god had penned it himself. Jesus didn't even leave any writings ....... makes you wonder doesn't it !
I'm a Christian from Romania, and, of course, my mother-language is romanian; I started to read the Bible in English and found it much, much more deep and much more close to the core of the Bible's message. Well, I read NASV and KJV but found KJV more close to the heart; it has a powerful message written in a poetic way.

Just bought Brandon's book, after watching his videos.. I've been KJV only for 20 years but all these miracles confirm why God led me to the KJV shortly after I got baptized. Praise Jesus for all eternity.
I also use the King James Pure Bible search software. It’s awesome! The word “bondage” is in the King James Bible 39 times, the word “liberty” is in there 27 times. Coincidence? No. God orchestrated that. Also Adam died at 930 years old, if you skip ahead 930 chapters you hit Matt 1, the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the last man Adam. So incredible! It’s a supernatural book for sure. Thanks brothers!
The Book of Isaiah has 66 Chapters, just like 66 books in the Word of God. Well in Isaiah Chapter 40 talks about One Crying in the Wilderness who is John the Baptist...well the first book of the New Testament is Matthew the 40th Book of the Word of God. I will never forget how God was bringing people in my life and leading me from lost sinner to saved person. I am born and raised in Catholic family ,traditional one. My country Croatia is I guess , 92-95% Catholics ( just now I read it is 80% at the moment, which is 10% reduction in just a decade , I am not sure which one increased ,I think atheism most likely) . I remember that I didnt feel comfortable in Catholic church . Sometimes I would even hear some curses and I would feel bad ,because I thought because I am a sinner ,this is what happens . It was in my head .I felt like i am doing something against 'holy mother church' . Somehow it would always pop up during mass. Then there was a paper once ,my mother bring it from church and gave to me for filling up a form. In this form was 15 questions (around) and in 4,5 was literally same question ,just written slightly different. Question was like , do you have anything against praying with Muslims,Buddhist,Jews together? I was like ,what is this ? We dont believe in same God. There was even more situations and all of those were raising concerns and questions in my mind if I am part of wrong church . I wanted to know the truth ,so I started to look for it. God showed me many small things that eventually led me to leave Catholic church. Additionally He made also something amazing ,which I always give Him praise for in my prayer and that is all the brothers in Christ that helped me to understand the Bible ,grow as Christian in truth. And I can see there a way that went from simple things to more advance .At begin He led me to channel which was pointing to Bible prophecies,simple ones that made me interested in the Bible and I was like wow, Bible is real and truth! Second channel was from a British preacher . On his channel I saw ,how people mistreat a Christian street preacher and how he endures it and dont overreact,but rather pray for them and stay calm and patient.Those two were like a "milk" in my feed. Then He led me to two channels that gave me the "meat" . I am still watching those two and learning . Sometimes I feel there is no enough time hehe 😀 .And those two are Robert Breaker and Gene Kim . I really feel blessed . And I know that is God will that I watch your videos. I dont know how it happened ,because I didnt know your name , I never heard for dispensation teaching , verse by verse Bible study,importance of blood . In between there were many channels that Spirit in me refused. Later I saw that those ones were the ones preaching Bloodless Gospel , prosperity Gospel . He took me by hand out of Catholic church ,because He saw that I want Truth and He didnt ignore me , even I was filthy sinner at that time . He came for sinners. So He also sent all of you ,so I can learn from you and grow. I could write much more details ,but I feel it is more than enough 😀 .All the glory to our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ. I’m ordering Brandon’s book so I can see what he has found. Adding to my comment, after hearing what you found about yourself Brandon, I had a similar experience. I wasn’t really looking but then found meaning to my name and numbers around my birth that blew me away. I’m nothing either and only give credit to the Lord. It was a sort of a confirmation for me though regarding my life so I can understand what you are saying and how you feel about it. It’s a very humbling experience ❤

On your testimony Brandon P I totally get it. Read John 3:8 & Acts 2:2 Born Again. Also take a look at Eze 3:12-13 & Rev 21:9-10. The LORD does it all, not us. We are just the hosts or vessels. Paul says it in 1 Corth 14:37 and 1 Corth 15:10 pretty well. All praise to our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

This is quite amazing. In looking, I found some really simple ones that I find interesting. 'Satan' occurs 36 times in the new testament (6×6). 'Holy' occurs 144 times in the entire Bible (12×12)
I used to have KJV and man/pastors told me these other translations are “easier” to understand. So I listened because they were the pastor and were better than me and more smart.. many years I went on and I did not grow at all. Many more years later God opened my eyes and now I am back in the KJV and am growing in my faith. Bought both my girls KJV. God is good always!

Yep make sure they line up with the word of GOD first. I've come to notice many rely on whatever their friends say or the pastor says instead of reading and studying for themselves to make sure something is correct.

My 85 year old grandfather said this to me. I was shocked. How can someone who has been going to church and reading the bible almost twice as long as I've been alive just flippantly disregard the most important thing in the Christian faith? It dawned on me that my grandparents believe in Lordship salvation and like to brag how Holy and pious they are to others. Their church is nothing but a glorified country club who believes in their own righteousness.
I am interested in finding out how Jesus' words were understood by those Jews, who knew their scriptures well. For that purpose I picked up Westminster Reference Bible.
One day when reading about Simeon giving thanks to God for fulfilling His promise in Scripture, (Lu. 2:29-30) it struck me that Simeon might have in mind Ps. 91:16.
I have not found yet cross references connecting these two verses, but what is worse, some Bible translations like New Living Translation give no clue of any such connection.
The Old Testament is spoken in the New Testament, about the serpent on the stick/cross, "as the serpent was raised up in the wilderness so (Jesus) the Son of Man must be raised up," ... I love this. The scripture “ Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God” this scripture is found in Deuteronomy 8:3, Matthew 4:4 and Luke 4:4. Add up the scripture chapter and verses and it equals 16:11. We serve an amazing God

King James Bible is based on the Greek version of the Bible , Textus Receptus which was written by a Catholic Priest scholar named Erasmus.

he was not a catholic priest. erasmus was heavily anti catholic, and the catholics rejected him and the textus receptus and anything from it is forbidden by the catholic church to this day

Correct although the whole bible is for us to read & for spiritual blessings we have to rightly divide the word of truth. Romans to Philemon is for saved believers in the body of Christ to help grow and encourage us in our walks.

Hi guys. They said that the words "trinity" and "rapture" etc are "not in the Bible" and today I found that they are really in the KJB though hidden from the spiritually blind eyes of those not seeking God. I spent all day today, Boxing Day 2023, first searching for the word trinity in the Bible verses most clearly teaching the Trinity. In the end I was full of joy to find not just "trinity" but "the holy trinity" neatly embedded in 1 John 5:6 and 7! After this I thought about the Rapture and shouldn't those words be found in the strongest verses about the Rapture? And again to my joy I found the phrase "the rapture" hidden in 1 Thess. 4:13 and14! The word antichrist appears explicitly 3 times in 1 John and once in 2 John but not at all in Revelations or anywhere else in the Bible. One would expect this word in Rev 13 so I searched there and soon found "The Antichrist" hidden in Rev 13 verses 1 and 2 which describe the Antichrist. As an example, to see the implicit appearance of The Antichrist in Revelations 13:1 and 13:2 below, I made its letters capitals and all others lower case with the underscore for the space characters as shown below:
13:1 and i sTood upon tHE_sANd of The sea, and saw a beast rIse up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten Crowns, and upon His heads the name of blasphemy.
13:2 and the beast which I saw was like unto a leopaRd, and hIS feeT were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
The actual occurrence of the letters of each phrase sought is seen cleared in the screen shots of the program I made for searching for these phrases. By faith I believe that God planned His perfect Word to be this way. It is immediately clear that there is a lot more implicitly hidden text in all the verses of the Bible than what we are currently aware of - drjohnrrankin at gmail.

The best King James is that of 1611. Sure it's an old English (Shakespear English), but you can understand by the time. I too read this bible, although I am a German. So if I, whose mother language is not English can understand it, you can do too.

Every 50th character in the 1st 2 books (Genesis & Exodus) spells the word Torah over n over.
The same is true for the last 2 books of Torah (Numbers & Deuteronomy)
Only it’s spelled backwards or “inwards”.
Which is interesting because Yah says “He will write His laws in our inward parts”.
And in the middle book (Leviticus), every 50th character spells out “YHWH”.

I may have missed it.. But in original languages, did the individual books also have number connections? Or.. was the English version ordered by King James uniquely God inspired? I love reading the Bible, but I always learn something when a word or phrase is explained in its original language, and if they did has anyone studied them as Peterson has.
It's not that it's unique uniquely inspired is that that is the original texts and ever since then you know it gets water down against water down and just it's not the truth after a while
In both Hebrew and Greek there are number connections. The KJV is a word for word translation and where it may not be the words are italicized. Those italics are of no consequence - they don't change the meaning of a sentence, but rather, offer clarity. There is no dilution over time, but rather, as it says in the Bible - tried 7 times.

Up until the recent past, the KJV was authorative. In these last days, so much damage is being done. Either we have a GOD of the universe or we don't. God spoke the world into existence; He holds us in the palm of His hand: He is the author and finisher of our faith - is His promise to preserve His Word too much for Him?

in Luke 18:15-17 Jesus admonishes us to come to Him with a child-like faith. You are overcomplicating things. The message of the cross is meant to be simple and easy to understand...90% of true Christians are not mathematicians or rocket scientists, I strongly doubt God wants us to read His word with a slide rule and calculator. In fact, the King James version of this text says that children should suffer.

But if you have a mentality that school is school and bible is separate then you just underestimated who God is and how he uses anything for his glory including math. Pastor breaker does have messages on the cross if you look at his passed sermons and teachings without incorporating the number 7 if that offends you.
2 Tim 2:15 says, “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman who needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” God tells us to study. This is not complicated for some of us. Some people’s brains understand numbers well and this is amazing for us. If a person doesn’t then I’m sure God does not expect them to go this deep, but for some of us this is helpful.

The KJV is a wonderful translation but ultimately has errors because of the Hebrew Masoretic text
In the 1st verse, in hebrew, its heavens (hashamayim) not heaven
However, when you read thru entire bible..you see 44 letters in beginning and 44 letters in last verse..English is last language and we use Greenwich mean time

@@johnnyvans_77 The Jews corrupted their Scriptures after the time of Christ. The KJV has errors because of this. Psalm 145 is missing an entire verse
I was against KJB simply because of the errors: "heal" and "save" were, many times, the same Greek word. Peter was asked, "do you love me" and the third time it was a brotherly love instead of logical in the Greek. So, not sure if the meaning was meant to change or the numerology is all demonic, but that was my previous stance on King James Version.
