    I prayed for 5 years and GOD one day while I was doing dishes I cried really loud to the LORD and asked which bible what do I follow LORD. I had my t.v on a sermon and out of this pastors mouth really loud, soon as my words came out of my mouth he said…READ YOUR KING JAMES BIBLE. I knew that this answer was from GOD, once I started reading my king James, my heart was still. GOD is so awesome! Praise the LORD ❤

      My ex- husband was raised Catholic and His parents were CATHOLIC. He was praying and told God he didn't know which Bible go by and that God would have to send him the right Bible. Then somebody came to the door and gave him a KJV Bible later in the week. In fact we still have that Bible. It is a Scofield KJV Reference Bible.

    I grew up with the king James Bible, very young reading it for answers while in abuse from a early father and a mom of 8 kids who took us to church at least twice a week and we were All saved thru her dedication. We sang all the way to and from church, over a half hr trip,a capella hymns. Mom was the choir director..a small church and we were in the choir. The kj Bible saved my life, my mind and has given me a will to follow Christ thru all kinds of struggles. I really appreciate your teachings. I thank our Lord for you and your lessons. Thank you.

    So I already have a KJV but last Sunday someone gave me a 1995 preowned NIV study Bible. It is damaged & falling apart so I had been fixing it all this time. But then I started to look into the newer version online. So as I was adding it to my cart online, a loud voice within me said “You don’t need this study Bible”. It was the Holy Spirit!! 😮 Then moments later this video comes up in my feed. That’s crazy! Praise God ❤

      Jesus says He is the Morning star in both the NIV and the KJV.
      So when the NIV changed it from to morning star from lucifer, they essentially esteeme Lucifer to be on the same level as Jesus or they claim Jesus and Lucifer are one in the same. Doesnt matter how you look at it, it is blasphemy @brayanxd4547

      I like using Westcott-Hort Interlinear Bible for the Greek bible. I like using scripture4all Interlinear Bible for the Hebrew. You can actually start to learn Hebrew and Koinea Greek with these. All pastors should be required to know Hebrew and Koinea Greek to be accepted by members. This way the people know that they are getting from the originals. Like KJV says easter but the Koinea Greek Codec Sinaiticus says Passover, different dates, different observances, etc.

Afterwards, God started showing me to look into Bible translations. I do believe I have been called by the Holy Spirit to start reading the KJV. I have only been reborn for 3 weeks now but, I have proclaimed total submission to the LORD to do his will. Praise be to GOD for showing me what to read! The book of John showed me Jesus through reading it with the Holy Spirit. The Father and the Son are in my heart! They overfilled me with love through the Holy Spirit for 30 minutes of straight prayer after reading the Gospel of John. Right after the book I dropped to my knees and prayed in tongues and English. I was filled with love from the Father for loving his Son. All Glory to God!!!

    Are you saved by Jesus Christ? What must I do to be saved?
    There is nothing you can "DO" for there is no man who will boast of their righteousness and good works before the Lord Jesus Christ and what He did for us on the cross! The Just for the unjust. Fall to your knees before the Lord Jesus Christ, who is risen from the dead, and call upon His name for forgiveness of sins.
    Old, young, rich, poor, smart, base, the Lord Jesus Christ saves all who come to Him, to the uttermost ends of the earth!
    For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God...
    ...Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved...
    ...Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures...
    That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
    For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
    For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
    For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
    But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
    Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

      The KJV has so many proven translation-errors along with spurious texts in it. Because the KJV was the main early English version, many other versions sprang from it and also contain errors. I'll give you an example to look at. Don't take my word for it, do your own research and you'll see that even Bible scholars today agree the text was added later and they were certainly not John's words. The passage from John 7:53-8:11 is spurious. It's a well-known passage but it wasn't penned by John. If you read the last part of chapter 7 up to verse 52, ignore the spurious text and go directly to John 8:12 from verse 52, you will see the text flows perfectly well. The spurious passage sticks out like a sore thumb in between. As I said, don't take my word for it, research for yourself. The KJV isn't as good or reliable as many like to insist. Just because you might be the first doesn't mean you're the best. 🙂

      @@TheRealPureBlood "What we call the Old Testament, in its original language, has incredibly few Bible errors. This is primary because the Levitical priests faithfully and painstakingly copied the text for generations. Unfortunately, many errors can be found in the King James Bible due to its translators using Latin readings that sometimes inaccurately conveyed what was in the original Hebrew text.
      As if that were not enough, still more errors crept in to the KJV Bible because the translators, picked by King James to produce an English version of God's word, "read into" certain texts their own biases, prejudices and long held church doctrines. This inaccurate method of Bible interpretation is known as EISEGESIS.
      The bulk of New Testament manuscripts were copied century after century from earlier ones as they wore out. This text, known as the "Received Text," was used in the King James Bible. Nearly 4,000 manuscripts of this official text agree with each other and contain relatively few errors. Located primarily at Mount Athos in Greece, copies of the text give us a very reliable record of the New Testament. (and proof of the changes in the KJV)"
      Jews and Gentiles were not mentioned in earlier Bible texts. Hebrews and Nations were.

      The only reason why the KJV feels like that is the psychological affect of the language used in the KJV. Don’t get me wrong I do very much enjoy the KJV. Many people feel the same as you. The way it’s written is old, different, elegant, and profound. A great part of it is psychological though. You could take other translations re write them in the style of the KJV and people would feel then same.
      God bless.

    I was born in 50’s and learned the word from the King James version, and later was told switch to this new version because you can understand it better. People that were non-Christians, wanting to understand the word of God had to switch versions so they could understand. True repentance, and love for God will allow the Holy Spirit to teach you not mankind’s version, just saying. When you water down the word to get some nutrients. It makes us weak. When the enemy comes, it’s hard to come against The enemy of God. Jesus overcome temptation from the fallen one with the pure word! The enemy twisted it to use as for deception. 🙏🏽❤️ it didn’t work ❤

    This video brought me to tears. I've been struggling trying to see what i have began to believe in my heart to be true, that kjv is Gods Word, pure and perfect. So much of the Internet is just full of scribes and debates non of them fully convincing, all of them conflicting. But then, by the grace of God, i came across this video. Now i fully see that God's full and perfect word is here and we have it. I've been a Christian my whole life, my father is a pastor and we grew up reading NIV, he still preaches out of it today. As i got older i sought another translation and eventually found myself solely in the CSB. I am now 33 years old. I had seen all the debates in the past and thought i knew it all...shame on me. But God is SO good and has laid it on my heart in such a miraculous way to go back and relearn and be honest with my heart that i was very biased and didn't want to believe kjv was the true bible. All that to say a huge THANK YOU! To God be all the glory, he has truly blessed you with such amazing knowledge. God bless you brother.

      @@pandawandasAt the moment, it may be easy to deny the existence of God and to reject any physical evidence for the existence of some kind of supernatural intervention on the Earth, with alternate (but incorrect) explanations such as "apophenia". However, at the end of the day, atheism is either correct, or it is incorrect.
      Although you may currently be lacking in concrete personal evidence about the existence or non-existence of one or more deity figure(s), in actual reality, one or more deity figure(s) absolutely do exist, and atheism is flat out wrong.
      Everyone will figure this out at some point in the future. When a deity figure personally messes up a person's life hard enough with tribulation, such individuals, including atheists, will eventually come to realize that they made some major mistakes in their perceptions of reality and religion. All such individuals will come to realize that atheism is simply wrong, and continued belief in atheism will become recognized as worse than foolish. Basically, disbelief in the existence of any deity, does not provide protection from getting your life badly messed up by such a deity, when the deity figure or figures actually exist.
      A person who does not know that God exists, does not fear God. A person who does not fear the God of the Old Testament (ex: the God of Israel), is not wise.
      Atheism, and rejection of genuine physical evidence, such as via incorrect attribution to apophenia, is unwise.

    I was born again before I knew anything of the gospel, Christianity but was immediately led to a bible store and not knowing one bible from another bought three.
    The Roman Catholic, New English and King James versions.
    Not having a teacher I started with reading the gospels and it was like inviduals light bulbs in the dark all coming on one after until it was string of flowing light one at a time and all at once. Infiable, right!
    Long story short, after reading John in all three trwnslaions I almost without thinking muttered to myself ( I thought ) "Lord you'll need to show me which bible. That sorta of thing is way above my pay grade".
    That, night I was awakened by a loud thump. I jump up turn on the light (i live alone ) and see two of three of my bibles where on the floor beside the adjacent wall with the third, on the opposte wall was still on the table where I left them, one on top of the other. The night before.
    The third bible, the King James, was still on the table that had been in betwwen the othe two. It was open and a verse underlined in a my brand new, just out of the box bible. It explained what I had come to Know but no understanfing how to express the overflowing gratitude.
    "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-not by works, so that no one can boast.For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God not by works, so that no one can boast."
    So, to say that I had a bias for the King James Bible would be making an under statement.😊

And now I know why you explained it so clearly. Thank you. This is what I believe they changed our language to get us to read the newer Bible we can understand, so they would take Jesus out of the bible. And to divide us about the word of God and what it truly says and means , to destroy God's holy work/word. To destroy the living word of God. To divide and conquer the beleavers in Christ. But if we understand/ count God's truth, then we will see the living word as it was meant to see and believe.

      I would love to have a kind and respectful Christian dialogue, with you. For starters, I must agree with you about the King James translation. I also want to ask that you do not disregard what I am about to say. You are correct that the King James Version is the best Bible Translation in English. But do not be deluded The King James Bible is a translation not the inspired word of God, if you don't believe me, go get your Bible and look at the first page or the cover spine, does it say King James Version? Only the Scriptures as inspired by God in Paleo Hebrew and Greek are infallible. I can show you mistakes in The King James version versus the Holy Spirit's Original inspired Word of God that consists of no contradictions and conflicts. The Original Greek and Hebrew are without error or contradiction. This is not true for translations including King James. I can easily show you this using my beloved King James Bible. But, may I add the King James is the best of the best, it is very close to the original Greek You mentioned 1 Corinthians 14:21, I read this Scripture as you directed, Despite reading the Bible for 30 plus years including reading the Bible in Κοινή Ελληνική, Koine Greek, I always have room to learn from others no matter their age. Before I get started your numbers viewpoint is very interesting, Thank you for posting this video. Okay getting back on topic, I went to the Scripture you referenced starting with 1 Corinthians 14:21 per your advice, I went to the section you suggested. Out of habit and my understanding of how one must read the Word of God from start to finish in order to understand what the Lord wants us to know in its entirety. I started from the beginning after reading the 21st verse. 1 Corinthians 14 begins with the topic of love and Spiritual gifts, such as prophesying and speaking in tongues. If we read the full Chapter the understanding is clear. Noticed the word tongues, simply stating it means a language. 1 Cor 14:21 "In the law it is written, With men of other tongues and other lips will I speak unto this people"; we know that God spoke to his chosen people the Hebrews in Hebrew. His laws were recorded in Hebrew. Those outside of the Hebrews were unable to hear God’s Word due to it being in Hebrew and they were considered pagans, after Alexander the Great exploits the Old Testament was written in Greek. 1 Cor Verse 21 is the Lord promising that he will speak to his people using a language all people could hear and understand. This is in reference to the Day of Pentecost, Please note that The New Testament is not in chronological order. Remember at the beginning of 1 Cor 14 gifts were mentioned? Prophesying and Speaking in tongues/a spoken language. Acts 2:14 “Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God”. When we read 1 Cor 14 in its entirety, it is clear that God was saying that Gentiles who could not access the Hebrew faith and language, are now able to hear the Word of God, thus showing that by Jesus' death and resurrection, everyone now has access to hear the Good News/The Word of God in their Native tongue, I.e., Acts 2:5-6 And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven. Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language. The citation you quoted does not say that the King James Bible will be as perfect as the Scriptures that were written in Hebrew and Greek. History reveals a secret, Bibles were not accessible by common people, Why? It was cost-prohibitive to have a copy of the Scriptures on scrolls on parchment to all Christians was pretty much impossible for the first several hundred years of Christianity. , plus the majority of them were illiterate. This is why you will never read in the Bible that we must read the Bible. The Book form of the Bible is an innovation with the invention of the printing press. The Scriptures were inaccessible to people on a limited budget. Thus, the words in Roman shows if one wanted to hear the Gospel, Church attendance was mandatory. Romans 10:17 “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God”. I pray you take the time to read the Biblical citations I gave you in context. I have a question, Do you believe in the Bible only as the only source for the Christian faith? So to answer your question, he is not talking about the Bible. If you like we can go over the Greek line by line, as I mentioned KJV is the best English translation, but it still drops the ball because every nuance could be missed due to translation. Please pray my friend, that you are in the position of a "διδάσκαλοι" teacher/instructor, you will be judged in a harsh fashion if you preach a strange Gospel. James 3:1 "My brethren, let not many of you become teachers, knowing that we shall receive a stricter judgment".

      Thanks for sharing Brandon! A lot of the new bibles change narrow is the way to difficult, saved to being saved, take out 1 John 5:7 about the trinity, change that Jesus is not from everlasting but has a origin in Micah 5:7, Mark 1:2-3 is a condtriction as there was more than one prophet that said those words, Isaiah 7:14 changed virgin to young woman and tons of other things..Genesis 22:17 changed the singular seed into descendants which take out Christ, instead it is mortal man. Also, new bibles change hell into hades which is actually a pagan god in greek mythology. Also, as you said, that they remove the part where Jesus says to Satan get behind me and worship the Lord thy God. Plus, they change the deity of Christ in 2 Tim 3:16, and 1 Tim 3:16 removed the word studies into work hard or something. Also, the ending of Mark as you mentioned... the part about where the Son of man part does show up in other parts of the other bibles, strange they keep some here and remove some other places. Also Calvary is not in the newbibles..Gospel is 1 Cori 15:1-5: How to be Saved is Romans 3:23-25, Eph 2:8-9, Hebrews 9:12, this is scary. be careful everyone! God bless :) PS: playlist of videos I found that convinced me KJV Onlyth-cam.com/play/PLNGhZnJavRf01ILv3TJu_ke4IPYcKcpJm.html

    Your videos are outstanding! I grew up with the KJV. I have studied Hebrew and Greek ever since my seminary days and would constantly go back to them due to my frustration with modern translations. I even wrote a letter to the ESV committee about some of their choices in translation. By God's grace I eventually came to the same conclusion as you when I realized that if the word of God is living and active, then it had to be preserved by God through the ages even to our time. That is the story of the Textus Receptus and God preserving his word in the KJV. By the way, I believe that as a result of modern translations, we have a crises of authority in the church today. Thank you for making the video.

      @provokingthought9964 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      That's all well and good but if you look at the TR you have to admit depending on editions they all are slightly different the KJV suffers from the same problem. They aren't "major" issues but a KJV only view can't have all these differences. It has to be exact down through the ages. Setting that aside why English? God never promised us an English Bible. Why do English speakers get a perfect preserved word and other people groups don't? Where is the consistency. It all seems like double standards to make a feeble understanding of preservation work.
      I believe in preservation. Every word. Every jot. Every tittle. Translations can't give me that. We have the phrase lost in translation for a reason.
      I want a view of preservation that is stronger and more precise and enduring than the clear weakness of KJV onlyism.

      I feel like the varied translations bring unity not division. I use alot of the bibles out there and don't see doctrine differences except the errors in the KJV. Dan. 9:26 the most grievous by adding the definite article to people and prince.

    • @rob.taylor
      @rob.taylor ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@provokingthought9964 There are the same slight differences down through the years with the Hebrew text as well. It is through those differences through the ages that God has preserved his word. As far as English, why not? If there is a Japanese version translated from the TR, then God’s word is still preserved. Many modern translations are based on “older” manuscripts contained errors that were later corrected. The older manuscripts do not necessarily mean better. Having an additional MLIS with my MDiv, I studied this issue at length. But, hey, don’t take anybody’s word for it, study it for yourself and come to your own conclusion.

    • @rob.taylor
      @rob.taylor ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@rickhuntling7338 If that works for you, then great. That’s the freedom we all have in Christ. For myself, there are far more grievous errors in modern translations that erode the text’s Christology. For example, for myself, removing the word “begotten” from John’s text separates Jesus from Psalm 2 and Exodus 4:22. How can Israel be the “first born son” as Exodus states and Jesus being the “only son” as modern translations state? How then does the parable of the vineyard fit into this? Jesus is the “only begotten” of the Father still preserves Israel as the first-born son. This is just one example, along with the examples in the video, how modern translations monkey around with the christology of Jesus.

    • @provokingthought9964
      @provokingthought9964 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@rob.taylor Yes, I spoke over simply because a deeper conversation was beyond my origonal point a bit. I'm aware of textual variants. Quite a few less in the OT Hebrew for sure. Much more in the New.
      My suggestion is simply yes the Bible has been preserved in its totality.
      I always use the old analogy we have all the puzzle pieces and a few too many. And its scholars job to fish out the wrong ones.
      But despite all that I believe the physical in your hand manuscripts and translations are useful for the spreading of the gospel and edifying of the saints. Textual variants and all. Translation issues and all.
      But I would go further and say the text really argues that you can know with certainty in the cases of textual variants. That it suggests to us God has left us some providential methodology to discern the right readings in the original tongues.
      I believe if there wasnt a providential methodology by which you can do that it becomes a thorny problem for preservation.
      For myself I would suggest perhaps a majority text approach to discern points of question.
      But beyond that, I don't think that a translation can be "perfect" like the kjvo people think because it's a translation.
      Even if their foundation for the New Testament (Beza?) Was solid beyond reproach its just simply not possible to put all those thoughts and ideas exactly into the target language. Therefore something has been lost. Therefore whatever preservation is, it isn't by means of translations. Because preservation, biblically, is a very precise thing. It isnt fuzzy. It's these words and not those words so to speak and we can know those words. I realize on the scale of conservative views of preservation that's a pretty extreme statement but I think the doctrine demands it.

    The reason the KJV says Six Hundred Threescore and Six is because the Greek says it that way. It says χες in that line, aka 600+60+6. Threescore was a normal way to write 60, but it is fascinating how few times the Bible says Sixty rather than Threescore. It’s actually the only place in the entirety of the Book of Revelation where a number is written in Gematria instead of long hand…… that’s definitely worth understanding in addition to this study brother.

      B. She is dressed in purple and scarlet (verse 4).
      C. She is called the Mother (verse 5).
      D. She has harlot daughters who also are fallen (verse 5).
      E. She persecuted and martyred the saints (verse 6).
      F. She sits upon “seven mountains” (verse 9).
      G. She ruled over the “kings of the earth” (verse 18).
      Let’s review the facts:
      A. She is guilty of blasphemy (verse 3).
      The Bible defines blasphemy as man claiming to:
      First- Forgive sins (Luke 5:21). The papacy claims the power to forgive sins:
      Here is a section from a Catholic catechism: “Does the Priest truly forgive the sins, or does he only declare that they are remitted? The Priest does really and truly forgive the sins in virtue of the power given to him by Christ.” Joseph Deharbe, S.J., A Complete Catechism of the Catholic Religion (New York: Schwartz, Kirwin & Fauss, 1924), p. 279.
      Second - Claiming to be God (John 10:33). The papacy also claims that the pope is equal with God.
      Pope Leo XIII said, “We [the popes] hold upon this earth the place of God Almighty.” Christopher Marcellus, Oration in the Fifth Lateran Council, Session IV (1512), manuscript SC, Vol. 32, col. 761 (Latin).
      Here is another statement about the pope: “Thou art another God on earth.” Pope Leo XIII, Encyclical Letter “The Reunion of Christendom,” dated June 20, 1894, trans. in The Great Encyclical letters of Pope Leo XIII (New York: Benziger, 1903), p. 30.
      B. She is dressed in purple and scarlet (verse 4).
      Scarlet is the color of cardinals’ robes, and the pope often wears the royal color of purple.
      C. She is called Babylon, the great the mother (verse 5) &
      D. She has harlot daughters who also are fallen (verse 5).
      The Catholic Church is the mother church whose daughters protested and thus began to be called “Protestants” but later followed her. Notice this quote from Father James A. O’Brien: “That observance [of Sunday instead of Saturday] remains as a reminder of the Mother Church from which the non-Catholic sects broke away.” The Faith of Millions (Huntington, IN: Our Sunday Visitor, Inc., 1974), p. 401.
      E. The Papacy persecuted and martyred the saints (verse 6).
      The Roman Catholic Church admits that during the Dark Ages, she persecuted the saints and killed them. Historians estimate that, in the Middle Ages and Early Reformation Era, more than 50,000,000 Martyrs perished for their faith (Halley’s Bible Handbook, 1965 edition, page 726).
      F. She sits upon “seven mountains” (verse 9).
      Geographically, Rome sits over seven hills. “The original city of Romulus was built upon Palatine Hill (Latin: Mons Palatinus). The other hills are the Capitoline, Quirinal, Viminal, Esquiline, Caelian, and Aventine” - Encyclopedia Britannica.
      G. Rome ruled over the “kings of the earth” (verse 18).
      History shows that during the Dark Ages, the Roman Catholic Church was a world empire.
      The Papacy fits every description of “BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS” (Revelation 17: 5).
      ROMULUS was the first king of Rome, and it was after him that the city of Rome and later the Roman Empire was named. The Greek name for Romulus was LATEINOS. This name in Hebrew is ROMITH. In Greek, the name Lateinos works out as follows
      L=30
      A=1
      T=300
      E=5
      I=10
      N=50
      O=70
      S=200
      Total=666=Rome is the Beast:
      Sunday is named after the Roman pagan god SOL, another name for Satan, false light:
      2 Corinthians 11:14 " 14] And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. {sun light Sunday} 15] It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their actions.…"
      The Pope bears in his triple crown the words VICARIUS FILII DEI. This title also adds up to 666:
      V=5 F=0 D=500
      I=1 I=1 E=0
      C=100 L=50 I=1
      A=0 I=1

      I=1
      U=5
      S=0 Totals=666=Image of the Beast Authority:
      Roman Catholicism is Pagan Worship that masquerades as “Christianity”
      thus, the whole world is deceived Revelations 12:9, concerning GOD’S Truth John 17:17 and False Christians Matthew 24:4-5 lead the way."

      The reason I believe in the God of the Bible, the inerrancy of Scripture and that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior.
      We have a reliable collection of historical documents written by eyewitnesses during the lifetime of other eyewitnesses. They report super natural events that took place in fulfilment of specific prophecies and claim that their writings are via divine inspiration and not from men alone.
      The super natural events are important in that they show the divine nature of God.
      Jesus Christ cast out demons, healed the sick, blind, deaf, dumb and paralyzed, walked on water, fed thousands with little, and was resurrected all of which have eyewitness accounts.
      The feedings alone were witnessed by the thousands He fed on the two separate occasions that we are told of in the Gospels.
      John tells us that there were many more miracles than what are recorded in the Bible/Gospels and that it would have filled volumes of books upon books were he to have written them all down and that it would have taken more than one lifetime to do so.
      The claim that men wrote the Bible so it can not be true means that no other book ever written should be believed either no matter the topic as they're all written by man.
      The Bible is not just a book it is a collection of books written over a period of thousands of years of which all those books are linked together by One Divine Author. In this collection of books there are over 40 authors but only one Devine Author who links them all together via the Holy Spirit. Those authors wrote down His inspired Word given to them by God.
      66 Volumes/Books in the Bible.
      The bulk of the New Testament was written over a period of around 50 years. It was in 49 AD to 53 AD when the Scripture writings of the New Testament are thought to have begun. With the last living Apostle John dying in 100 AD.
      Over a period of around 1500 years it was preserved and passed on:
      In 3 Languages
      On 3 Continents
      There are 66,360+ source documents that have been found for the entire Bible of which there are 24,360 and counting source documents for the New Testament alone.
      5,839 in the original Greek, some 2 million pages
      18,524 translations of that Greek into other languages
      Some of the oldest sources date to 125AD which is within decades of the completion of all the books that were canonized as the New Testament.
      The New Testament cannon, (Gospels of the Apostles/writings, Epistles/letters to the early Churches, all sources and eyewitness accounts that were to be included), was decided at the Synod of Carthage in 397 AD.
      Those asking for "Scientific Proof" about the Bible are either ignorant or asking with evil intent. An intelligent person knows that the scientific method can not be applied to verify the Bible.
      Scientific Method is:
      1) Has to be observable.
      2) Has to be measurable.
      3) Has to be repeatable.
      Therefore no history can ever be proven via scientific method.
      You must use the historical method based on:
      Eyewitnesses accounts.
      Documents from the time or as close as possible.
      Make sure the story is corroborated by as many sources as possible.
      Look for anyone/anything that attempted to prove any of it false in that time period or as close to it as possible.
      Did anyone successfully prove any of it untrue?
      If they had/have why is there no record found anywhere of it ever being disproven?
      Luke = Historian
      John = Evangelist
      John is organized around 7 specific events/signs/miracles all seen by eyewitnesses and corroborated by many. So he also provides proof of accuracy/truth.
      Mark = The shortest of the Gospels and is very direct or "Just the Facts" if you like.
      Mathew = Was written to the Jewish audience and that's one of the reasons for the extensive genealogy of Christ. There are also more than a few references to the Old Testament in his gospels.
      Peter = He lays out all the proof for the Bible and it's accuracy in Chapter 1. He makes the arguments that justify it all as truly what happened and that it all happened as recorded in the Gospels, the entire Bible.
      All of the Apostles were eyewitnesses of Jesus and of the resurrected Christ. Including Paul whom Jesus came to as he was traveling to persecute more Christians. This would have been the resurrected Christ or a form of Him that came from Heaven.
      There were at least 300 eyewitnesses still alive when Corinthians was written who could have disputed it but no one did.
      Mathias became the 12th Apostles after Judas hung himself so the argument of there not being 12 Apostles comes from ignorance or evil intent.
      There have been over 25,000 archeological digs in which there has been absolutely no evidence found that proves anything in the entire Bible false but in those digs many things have been found that prove it true.
      Other cultures and non believer's historical documents show or corroborate people, places, wars and many things that are in the Bible. Yet none of them prove any of it to be false but instead strengthen it.
      Word for Word Translations prove just how accurate what we have is when you consider there's no way anyone could have falsified any of it, be it via intent or mistakes.
      Many church fathers in history have made extensive notes that include scripture throughout the centuries and no matter the time or place all those references to scripture corroborate each other. Which shows just how accurate translations have been throughout time and still are as long as they maintain a word for word ideology during the translation.
      To falsify any of it they would have to change every single source, do it in three languages, on three continents, over a span of thousands of years, with no one catching any of it, no one ever talking about what they'd done, leaving behind no traces that they'd done it.
      Not to mention they'd have to steal all of those sources to change them, changing them would be a massive undertaking considering they were hand written in those times and then put them back without ever being seen or caught during the entire process.
      My last statement is this:
      Simply put the Bible can defend itself like a lion just let it loose.
      (Use Scripture to defend Scripture because it is a collection of eyewitness accounts that has been proven true again and again).
      There's a very good movie titled "The God Who Speaks" that covers much of what I've said above. If you still have doubt I would recommend you watch it and even if you don't because it was very well made and presented.
      Take care and God Bless.

    I studied on revelation this morning. And it was...very in depth. I was looking into the harlot riding the beast in the wilderness. And I got to thinking. In Daniel it brings up the kings being the heads. And there is 7, the number of 100%/completion also. And in revelation there is 7 churches who need the 7 virtues to overcome the corrupt teachings the 7 kings have unleashed into this world.
    Gods divine perfection, is clear in scripture. How people can not see it, means they are limiting themselves in a worldly point of view. Only measuring what they can see, and often times listening to interpretations that may only be part of what the text actually says.
    If 7 can be actual 7, but also completion/100%. Then there is so much more in there, that we dont know. Its like studying science. Answer 1 question, create 2 more. We cannot fathom him. But it is so satisfying to have a deeper understanding of just low lowly I am.
    Also want to add, that in scripture it says every scripture is God breathed, and sufficient for teaching of righteousness. I believe thats is Timothy. So while they may start on a modern translation, i would assume the closer they get to God, the more they will lean towards the KJV. Which is why so many people use it.

      All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

    I hear my Shepherd’s voice in the King James version of the Bible, the Lord Jesus Christ is my Shepherd, and his name is called the Word of God.
    He came to me in the volume of the book, and he does the will of his Father.
    Even so come, Lord Jesus

    I put myself first in this criticism. I was thinking how wonderful and now thankful I am that we have the very mind of God here at our fingertips ...and yet for so many years I have not treasured it like I could have. My heart is soaring with love and gratitude for my Lord and his grace. I realize that we don't trust our feelings... but the "Joy unspeakable "is a feeling that I will cherish that he's given me , till the day when I see him face to face. God Bless you and your ministry.

    Thank you for explaining this! For years I've always thought that the new versions were only easier for modern day language understanding, but now I understand the difference between them and the KJV and it's really scary to think how some verses take out pointing to Christ and really point more to the modern idea of focusing more on the world/man/ourselves, etc.

      False. I only used KJV, in English. HE IS A FALSE/FAKE TEACHER of God.
      1- Peter is mentioned 156 times in the KJF (including in 2nd Peter).
      2- the Father the Word Holy Ghost show up only 2 times (603 times if topically).
      3- Nehemiah adds one more child to Adonikam for a total of 667. [nor was he royalty] He did mention this verse but because it didn't fit his narrative he ignored it regarding his conclusion, when Adonikam shouldn't have been included as a result.
      4- his "six hundred" "threescore" and "six" as separate results:
      A) is unfair since they're separate numbers instead of combined (so again false teaching)
      B) ends up as 91 + 91 + 273 = 455
      I could go on, but when I saw his website etc I realized that he's scamming people due to greed.
      IN ADDITION:
      1- During the mode of lying, humans have their eyelids flap much faster than otherwise. [that's during, not before and/or after]
      2- immediately before verbally speaking, if the human is trying to say something based on their memory, their irises/pupils move to the right side of their bulbar conjuctivas (slang: eyeballs/sockets)
      2b- but if trying to say something creatively, on the spur of the moment (at times including lying), then it's not based on their memory/facts, their irises/pupils move to the LEFT side of their bulbar conjuctivas (slang: eyeballs/sockets)
      I say all this to also point out that:
      - I can share how it's truly only the original ancient Hebrew, ancient Aramaic, and ancient Greek language Bible tests that are completely correct, but the above should suffice to prove that he is a con-man
      - and yes, the KJV is also imperfect, which I only found out when comparing to Strong's Exhaustive Concordance
      BONUS INFO:
      Interesting, in a bad way:
      So apparently, the way to argue against certain books/scrolls being included in the Catholic/Protestant Bible is to say that the ones that are there are the correct amount because of how many candlesticks were on a Jewish temple menorah (or something like that, I forget the actual term)...in essence, romanticism/mysticism is their defense. [they're superstitious]
      Then when you point out the actual reasons (excuses) given on at least why some of them weren't included you then get accused of having eaten of the tree of knowledge, tempted by the devil, being indirectly accused of such.
      Wow, the devil infiltrated the churches so much that he has its leaders accusing others of listening to him when it is instead they are who are listening to him!
      Here is what I have instead found out:
      The Ethiopian Bile does NOT include the purgatory teaching because their Maccabees (Meqabyan) aren't the Jewish ones but the Ethiopian ones. The word Maccabees in English is "hammers". ie/ there is no Meqabyan 12:41-46
      Nor does it include the book of Wisdom (it does include a different book called Wisdom of Jesus son of Sirach, which isn't our Jesus, just like Joshua isn't our Jesus). Some others are also not included in the Christian Ethiopian Bible, despite how many are included.
      What seems to be the largest reason against including these books is that Israel Jews were against them being included.into the Christian Bibles, even though the Egyptian Jews and the Greek speaking Christians were for their inclusion.
      ***though if arguers against their inclusion insist that the deciding factor should be what was in the 1st list of books included in the Bible, then the book of Esther should not be included due to it not being in that list, which that 1st list was composed around 170 AD by Melito.
      ***** Plus those against these other books claim that the "early church fathers" had many against these books' inclusions, failing to mention that these were not the early church fathers due to only being born after Emperor Constantine's appearance, so at least a few hundred years after Jesus physically left earth. (Luke 24:51) So hundreds of years after the book of Revelation was written, and after the false church (under Constantine) was started (by Simon the sorcerer), usurping the true church, being of the Chaldean religion but replacing terminologies with ones plagiarized from Christianity.
      Back to much earlier, the Ethiopian Maccabees (Meqabyan) are Ethiopic/pseudo for the Ethiopian Orthodox Old Testament, due to the Phillip mentioned in the Bible evangelizing the Ethiopian eunuch official. Whereas the infamous Maccabees are instead in the Catholic and Eastern Orthodox Bibles.
