I haven't been using Slicer for a couple of months now, but last time I did, there was still no automatic update function. You'd have to download new versions directly from 3D Slicer's website.
Hi can you help me? For some reason when I click the DCM icon in the upper left corner of slicer the dicom browser does not open up. Is there another way to open the dicom browser?
Sorry, you should reach out to Slicer developers with this problem at discourse.slicer.org. I would try working with a different Slicer release (Stable/Preview).
Hello. Thank you for your videos about 3d slicer. It´s very interesting for me because i´m starting using it. I write to you because i have a problem with the configuration of the views. I don´t know what i touch but the menu of the differents modules ( Volume Rendering, segment editor, ..etc) are above of the screen i decided to use 8Conventonal, C Widescreen, C Quantitative,...). Do you know how can i do to move a little bit the screnn on the left to win space por the menu and don´t hinder the menu of the screen. Thank you very much
Witam, mam problem z zaimportowaniem plików. Folder ze zdjęciami importuje się w postaci kilku serii, osobno cor i sag. Istnieje możliwość żeby je połączyć w jedną serię zdjęć?
Cześć, to zależy co masz na myśli. W jakim formacie są te obrazki? Osobno cor i sag to znaczy masz do dyspozycji osobno zapisane volume-y / serie, które zawierają osobno przekroje strzałkowe, czołowe, i chcesz je połączyć w jeden trójwymiarowy volume? Jeśli tak, będzie to bardzo trudne, jeśli nie niemożliwe, bo brakuje w takich obrazkach informacji przestrzennych. Jeśli masz na myśli że każdy slajs w serii ładuje się osobno jako oddzielne serie, można to łatwo naprawić (drag&drop jednego pliku do Slicera -> Show Options -> odznacz Single File).
