    This is great. I just ordered a spare needle for my Patriot 105 and it arrived with a very slight bend in the needle. This straightened it right out.

    Take two popsicle sticks, place the bent needle tip between, roll the sticks lengthwise with thumb and forefingers applying gentle pressure as needed.

    Ok, now comes the hard part: how to unbend a nozzle?
    I dropped my Iwata HP CS nozzle on the floor tile and dented it just a tiny bit, enough to let the paint out even with the needle fully closed.
    Any suggestion?

    A bent needle is a damaged needle. You can straighten it and annealed it and you get back 90% of its integrity back. Yu can straighten it and use it temporarily to get you out of a spot but the real solution is to buy a new one. Take a metal wire and bend it a few time and see what happens to it.

    can Tony do you know your stuff buddy I'll give you that I would have been $302 and needles if not polishing and using 5000 3000 grit 1000 grit paper and once with direction.. haven't heard of that works for you but it does for me

    Unless you grind a bent needle, you will never keep it concentric, a wavy needle is still bad!

      as thin as the point of a needle is, yes, very much so. you are essentially stroping it as you would a knife after sharpening. i actually strope my knifes on a piece of denim. by doing this, you are purposefully catching any of the microscopic "teeth" that are not quite straight and making them so

    Nothing gay about being clean and well groomed. Men that take care of themselves are hot :)

    • @sophisticatedfunk6317
      @sophisticatedfunk6317 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +neolithic3 . Well that would depend what type of work you do. Some shiny arse who sits in an office pushing pens means his hands and fingernails don't have the wear and tear of workers like bricklayers, Joiners foundry workers and the list is endless. I agree that having manicured nails doesn't mean you take it up the arse but it does mean you're a puff. As long as your nails are clean is the important thing. Regarding your views that having manicured nails make you more desirable, is fine if it makes you feel more confident but you might be suprised to know that a man whose body has a soft effeminette feel doesn't appeal to many ladies. Didn't you know that a lot of ladies like being carresed by the rougher harder skin of men who do physical work. Just like most men enjoy the softness of a woman. You don't expect her to have a hairy chest and hands like a dockers.
      It's those differences that excite us. It's not a myth that a lot of ladies who live with men who'se careers involve non physical work so they develop soft hands and bodies, will have affairs with men from men who do physical work
      because they crave the masculinity. That's what makes them feel "Hot" not manicured hands.

    good tip, but man you need a manicure!

    • @afrog2666
      @afrog2666 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Artists don`t have pretty hands, NOBODY "needs" a manicure, unless they`re a bunch of sissies..
      Saying you NEED a manicure is like saying you NEED to color your hair and get a prada bag for your pommeranian..

    • @sophisticatedfunk6317
      @sophisticatedfunk6317 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      + neolithic3 . And you need a crash course on understanding the psychology of ladies and what masculine traits they find exciting.
