Its amazing how cool you are with talking about your nose and accepting it., I seriously havent seen many people with bumps on their noses and I always feel very self- conscious about mine, I'm also really shy so I am usually awkwardly trying to hide it from people at school by not letting them see my side view by tilting my head and being uncomfortable for the whole day. I know it's stupid but I just cant help it.Seeing you being so confident really helps me to just get over it and live with it. I'm 15 so a nose job isnt really an option yet plus its completely against my morals to change my face surgically.

Girlbehindthechair09 I just saw your video and it was really inspiring and amazing, I subscribed even though I'm not really into makeup cuz I suck at it, lol. Ok I hav recently discovered something, a natural way, which is actually pretty magical that can change your life and in this case make your nose exactly how you want it to be. It doesn't involve any surgery or tools the only catch is that you have to love yourself and be happy with yourself. Ok I know I must sound crazy but so many famous people have used this technique to make their lives better and it is truly magical. I dont exactly know why out of all people I want to share it with you, maybe it was your last video or just the fact that we're similar in a way that we both have nose bumps and were criticized about them. Anyway the secret that I want to share with you is that if you truely BELIEVE in something with feeling it will happen. So if I decide that I want a smooth, small nose all I have to do is visualize myself with that ideal nose and be happy, genuinely happy with my "smooth' nose, now the thing is that this cant be used out of a place of insecurity because for me to believe that I have a smooth nose I will have to stop hiding my nose from people in public and stop telling myself there is something wrong with my nose, eventually it will actually literally become exactly how I want it. I know it sounds crazy but its true and you can use it for absolutely anything not just noses. You can use it to change your entire life. There is actually a book called 'the secret' by Rhonda Byrnes which explains all of this in detail (I'm reading it now) and I assure you it is life changing. Rhonda herself used to wear glasses but in 3 days she believed she had perfect eyesight and she didnt give up and in only 3 days her eyesight was cured perfectly. I know it sounds too good to be tru and she has had a lot of practise in mastering this secret, so it will obviously take a little longer for you and me but it is possible.

Girlbehindthechair09 lol thats it yea I didnt want it to be like an entire chapter haha but if you have any questions feel free to ask me, yea I know it sounds crazy like theres more to it, but thats literally it! You just have to visualise, believe with a feeling of happiness and act like you already have what you want. I keep on getting caught up at the whole act like you have it part because i'm not exactly confident enough to do that yet but I'm working on it, I definitely reccomend you read the book it is amazing.

My nose is bumpy & long & bulbous looking & all other ways of contouring never worked well for me. So glad that you made this video. 🙏

cheryl gustavson you're very welcome & no need to thank me for anything at all. I'm glad you're ok even though I believe everyone deserves to feel more than ok, but I get it. If you have breathing issues then surgery may be a big helping relief for that & surgery for your appearance I just don't get as I don't see a thing wrong with your face, but if it's what you want & what will help you to move on & feel better go for it! Just only do things for yourself & yourself only as I think you're clearly already extremely an attractive woman. I'm sorry to hear about it still sometimes catching you off guard when you look on the mirror... have you spoken to any professional about this? May be worth a try as plenty of people to help you through this sort of trauma. Let me tell you I haven't been through what you have, but I also have days where I hate looking in the mirror for me more so a typical female thing which I know may not compare to your reasonings & feelings, but just know you're not the only person out there alone who suffers with appearance problems. If I were you I'd maybe talk to a professional as I think you're so beautiful... I don't get why you are so convinced you're not. Also maybe problems from your abusive ex as I do know abusive men can also sometimes take away your self esteem. Let me tell you you should wear make up if you want! Nothing wrong with it... basically all us females do! Also look on the mirror because you're beautiful! Honestly! & whoever accused you for being demonic for wearing makeup is crazy!!! Literally they're crazy & out of their complete mind for even coming up with such bullshit. Take no notice these people are trying to clearly put you down & play with your mind which is sickening & really only says everything about themselves. I hope you've removed yourself away from these abusive people & if so you will recover from this trust me. But like I said maybe talking to professionals may help you over come this quicker. Yet again I wish I could give you a hug & talk to you face to face as commenting really is frustrating over something serious & trying to help & explain things as best as I can to you without also displaying anything to personal or bringing up the bad memories again for you. Don't thank me at all. Just know time heals, you learn to deal & cope with it & new brighter things are ahead for you. Xoxoxo

Thank goodness. Finally a tutorial that's helpful haha. I have a bulbous tip and I freaking hate it. Everyone always tells me it looks cute and it goes with my face but I personally hate it on my face and I hate how it sticks out from the side. I never leave the house without contouring my nose, even when I'm in a rush, that's how insecure I am about. Most of the time I mess up my contour or the shape or I put too much product on making it harder to blend.
Lauren Solano I have felt the same way for years!! if you haven't seen my Self Confidence video I highly suggest you watch it, I talk about how my nose almost stopped me from doing you tube because I was so insecure. Instead it made me realize how many beautiful women struggle feeling the same way I do! I realized that people don't notice my nose half as much as I think they do, and I am totally my worst critic.

Thank you for this tutorial! I am so tired of the nose contouring videos showing me how to contour a small and/or straight nose. I have been trying to contour my Italian nose for years and also hesitated to highlight thinking it would make matters worse but you're right, it works and your method really works well for me. You look gorgeous with or without the contouring but your video is probably the most honest and helpful I've come across.

So glad I stumbled across your video. I swear we are almost identical “nose twins” (lol) and it’s so nice to see a way to deal with the bump and the rest. I think this thing about women with bigger noses being somehow less attractive is a myth. People voted Penelope Cruz as the most beautiful woman in the world...guess what...her nose is pretty big, but also beautiful. How about model Gisele Bundchen or actresses like Sandra Bullock, Ashley Tisdale and Debra Messing. They are all gorgeous girls with larger, nicely shaped, distinctive noses.
You fit into this category as well. You have a really sexy long, slightly bent nose and it goes great with your big blue eyes

Me too. My face (with bulbous nose) was beaten badly in domestic violence ten years ago broken nose, cheek, eye socket blowout and jaw , when they operated they didnt fix it very good n have a scar on bridge. I just love this video. Its going to give me more confidence.🤩

We're literally nose twins! Very similar noses, can't believe it. over the years I've just learnt to accept it. My husband always compliments my nose to the point of him expressing that he wants our children to have my nose. I don't but as long as we're healthy and happy, that's what matters. Love is nose blind!

Honestly. This is the best contour video I have ever watched. I have your exact nose and have been completely discouraged from the other videos where the gals have small noses.. I think your nose is delightful just as it is. It gives your face a strong character. I would bet there is a fair amount of Scots in your ancestry. :-) And for the record, you have a beautiful face. Yes! Thank you! I know what you mean~ the other TH-cam ladies are beautiful & talented with their makeup, but they don't need to contour! I was so lucky to break my nose not once, but twice, soo it's a tad crooked lol. It doesn't bother me as much as it used to, but I'd like to try this, so thank you for these specific instructions.
Beauty truly is only skin deep, & just because someone doesn't have a perfect, button nose doesn't mean that they can't be gorgeous.

SERIOUSLY I think this everytime I see a contouring video!! They all have tiny beautiful noses! What about us girls with character in our noses? This is so helpful and that highlighting stick is perfect. Please tell me where to get it from. I ALSO have a bulbous tip, a crooked nose and a hump. But I still think it fits my face :) I just want to touch it up a bit! THANK U SO MUCH

Iv got a very narrow, thin, LONG nose and cant find a video of how to fix it with makeup, all videos i found are people with nice small or wide noses, and its all about making the nose look more narrow with contoring.i defiantly DONT want my nose to look more narrow, i need it to appear wider and shorter lol. thanks so much for this video. Wish more ppl with other nose types will make vids. I feel the same way as you do. :(
+Kyla Evans I would say to highlight the whole bridge to make it look wider onto the sides of the nose a bit. Then maybe try to shade the part where your nose meets your cheek (instead of highlighting there like I did) and maybe that will help? You should have to play around with it to see what it does. I would shade the bottom tip of it to make it look shorter. Try highlighting the inner corners, and shading between the brows and a little bit of the top of the nose to make it not look quite as long. I would have to play around with it to know for sure, but you could try it! :)

Finally! An honest and thorough contouring tutorial made by for people with, let's say 'generous' noses BY someone who has a generous nose themselves.
Also, I like how you addressed those you inform you that your nose is big like you could not see that for yourself. Like, "Oh, you mean this thing that's been DEAD CENTER OF MY FACE MY WHOLE LIFE? I'd never noticed it's proportions before! And I made it through grade school without anyone telling me either!" (note: blatant sarcasm)

Oh my gosh this video helps me so much! I’m 13 and I’m pretty new to makeup but I can do basic skills such as contouring. My nose is very big and it has a bulbous too as well as a hump. Thank you so much. You have truly inspired me. I realized that so many people judge based on appearances and how many people really care about noses. I have been slightly bullied (actually, a LOT) for having a big nose and have people call me Pinocchio all the time. Sometimes I feel so depressed and I wish I was never born this way, but I always try to go by the message that looks don't matter and try to convince myself that I am okay too... Sorry, I just started crying. I am just so mad at myself for letting these people get to me. But I still feel insecure. I am just so happy that you are standing up for people with strong noses. I watched your other video about that topic, and I am truly grateful.
