- Honestly, I think nose contouring is one of the most difficult things to do in makeup..especially if you have a crooked or bumpy nose like me. I know it's not the worst, but that's the point! My nose is so weirdly shaped that I just leave it alone. When I try to do something to it, it just looks muddy 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️I hope this video helps 😁😁

Maybe it looks muddy because of the color? I mean if you are doing it wrong then it should look wrong shape but not muddy... So maybe that's not the right color for your contour? I'm sorry I'm just guessing
I stopped cream contouring my nose for this reason!! I couldn’t get it as precise as I needed it since my nose is so bumpy. I’ve since started using eyeshadow on a pencil brush and looking at my nose from the side and then facing forward and blending. Once I get the contour line down I buff it out with my face powder on a clean brush. I hope that makes sense lol

from your picture sis I think we have the same nose shape! According to the TH-camr Aly Art (who I recommend to figure out your nose shape) I have a bulbous short nose! Hopefully that helps

I'm not the most artistic person & find it difficult to differentiate between a warm/cool colour & work out which suits me better. So a sideby-side comparison would be great to see the difference!

And maybe take the tenny tiniest lil dot of concealer on the "new tip" and pat it out a little with your fingers until it spreads to the exact size you want the tip of your nose to appear to be... this means start with a teeny tiny speck of it because it spreads fast when your warm finger touches it🙂 I love cream contour as well❤

i have an oily nose and glasses but my contour stays strong lmao i do bake though everyday and use a fenty contour stick
i have a similar nose and we do a lot of the same steps! i like mine a little longer (cos i cut off the tip like you did here but i have a different face shape) so i contour the very top of the bridge a bit. totally changes how i look.

I’ve got a very… exciting nose shape. By exciting I mean middle eastern, tall ridge, very narrow with a bifid nasal tip. So it’s contour hell. Thank you for this ✨ all the people with standard perfect noses tutorials are about as applicable as if my cat did a tutorial for my face haha

You know what sucks? I know my nose shape and I would love to do a contour and fix it but I wear glasses so I try to put as minimal product on my nose because then it just moves around and it’s just awful. My nose looks small but especially when I wear glasses it looks bigger especially the tip. I would love if you could figure out how to keep make up on my nose not rubbing off with my glasses because that would be amazing even though I know you don’t wear glasses but you may wear sunglasses or maybe you do wear glasses. My biggest issue with my nose is my tip is veryyyyy round (and my nose holes look large-ish from the side lol) the bridge of my nose is straight and narrow but this damn tip nose hole combo drives me crazzzzy

This is the first time that I see anyone with the same bump as I do and explaining it with so much detail. Excellent explanation! In my 10+ years of watching TH-cam makeup tutorials, you are the first person whose nose is similar to mine! I have a bigger bump on the bridge, and the "ball" at the tip is HUGE!!! But you've given me some insight into where to apply the contour, instead of just doing two racing stripes down the sides. Alex, do you do anything with your upper lip? As in fillers? We have similar lips but your upper is plumper and exactly how I would like mine to be, but I am not sure if I should do Botox to help it turn up or filler to plump. Any suggestions?
Nope sorry love, I haven’t done anything to my lips. I had under eye filler (I think still in this video 🤔) but I got that dissolved because I had a bad experience with it. Personally I would recommend filler

I could be wrong but I think it’s because her nose bows to one side, so just visually straightening the bow, plus concealer camouflaging the outside of her nose takes one’s eyes away from the hump.

I'm sure so many individuals will hate this, however, if it is something you choose to m as ke u feel better there is absolutely nothing wrong with plastic surgery. If it's something a boyfriend has tried to convince u to do, not such a good idea.
