That video will be coming soon. So far, I like this machine. It is definitely purpose built. For fun, i tried it for normal detecting, parks, lake, etc... it finds ferrous and non ferrous. that is the only thing it does. but the size it finds is pretty good. I was getting hits on extremely small pieces of lead on the non ferrous side and pretty decent depth and very small iron pieces on the serous side and depth.
How many kilohertz is it?

You're right. I went to the Nokta Au website. It is 56 kHz. That's crazy sensitive!! Considering that most of the well known detectors are in the 4 to 18 kHz range.

Hey Matt, I'll be watching your field test on this one. I kind of have a dream that I'll head out to Arizona or Nevada and look for nuggets via metal detector. But I don't have the machine yet. Of course I will make it an epic TH-cam video. Money is a big issue for me too so I hope it is priced right. Anyway great job buddy. catch ya later.
This one runs at Kellyco at close to 800. Not nearly as expensive as the good Minicab gold machines. Hopefully it performs well at my next test location. The last one, not so much. I hit an old diggins site that gold has been recovered there in the past 10 years. I just couldn't get the coil over any. But I am trying again Thursday at my good permission. Fingers crossed!

+Aril Cyril Very good question. The Nokta AU Gold Finder is an all metal machine. It uses audio discrimination , meaning you decide to discriminate. Low tone for iron and a high tone for non ferrous. There is also a single tone setting that has an LED indicator. Red for iron and green for non ferrous (gold, silver, copper, brass, lead).
So the discrimination comes from you mainly.
Honestly, you want the to be in an all metal mode. That will help you find the smaller nuggets. I found that I would switch between both settings. It is easy to do on the go.
As with all machines, you need to learn their language to understand them fully and this machine is no different.
It is a good buy for the price.

Guia Rápido
1. Monte o detector de acordo com as instruções na página 1.
2. Insira as pilhas corretamente (+/- polaridade).
3. Gire o botão Desligar / Volume no sentido horário para ligar o detector de metais. Essa opção também ajusta o volume. Imediatamente após ligar o detector, o detector de metais emitirá bipes indicando o status da vida útil da bateria.
4. Selecione o modo.
5. Ajuste o DISC. FILTRO, SENSIBILIDADE e iSAT / iMASK muda para suas posições padrão (números destacados) no painel de controle.

Can this machine be used as a relic machine?
Technically, all machines can be used as such. This one will tell you iron as a definite and non ferrous as a definite. So yes, you can dig relics with it.
Remember, in relic hunting, you are pretty much digging everything. This one is pretty good at finding all metal. This one has one tone for ferrous and one for non. So you can decide what to dig.
Ill take it out on a relic hunt later and I will use the smaller coil at an old town site I know of. That will be either next weekend video or the weekend after. I do want to explore more of this machines versatility.
