Im looking to start printing outdoors too. Its 26 degrees outside right now but its goes to 50 C in the summer. I would love to learn more about your set up inside the tent and maybe a tutorial on how to prepare for printing outdoors. Thank you for this just subscribed!
Thanks for the sub! I am in the middle of a very humid Australian summer so am just rotating my filament through a sunlu filament dryer when it has been out for a few days.
OMG! this is amazing! im thinking of doing the same, since i got an enclosed one but still i can smell the fumes, so im puting it outside but was thinking i can not be the only one! your 6 months of experience aare increidible helpful! thanks so much for sharing! how is it going now that is almost a year?
Haha glad the video has helped! I now have two printers permanently outside and they work perfectly, even in cold weather around 5-6 degrees C ( as long as you have an enclosure) 😜 just be cautious if you printing ABS cause that can be a bit more painful in low temp. As long as you keep them in an enclosure and clean them every 2-4 weeks from dust and stuff, youll be good 👍
@@andreasnilsson5020 LOL! that is the same printer that i got! it has being outside for 3 - 4 days and its working perfectly! i have being checking the humidity and if it gets too hot or cold but everything seems normal! i got the creality enclosure that says ender on the top part, it is very big so worked well with the p1s, i just had to print some legs to lift it up a little bit since the zipper got in the way to open the door of the printer , so just wanted to share my experience i hope it helps !

Do you think it would be possible to print all the way down to -5 celcius?
Not sure... I think with PLA you MAY be fine, but ABS I would tend to think it would start struggling...
