Hormones automatically change during the menstrual cycle, perimenopause and menopause. Obviously you don't, as a man, get that.

With most people their traumas and childhood paves a lot of that road where they walk on. This has a massive impact on behavior.

A lot of women become homonally "imbalanced" when they become overstressed (cortisol), overworked, emotionally overburdened or starved, and underslept.

One can get some great assistance from a professional herbalist also, to check your hormones and other important female organs 😉🥰! They will give you the proper herbs or prescription that will be filled professionally by a compounding pharmacist who works in conjunction with the HERBAL DR. 🥰. You will be so surprised how quickly hormones will level out and sleep improves and many others areas of your health will also benefit 👊🏻!! Not to mention the benefits for one’s marriage or relationship 👏🙏🏼

This is why is it so very important to take care of yourself first as a woman. You are important! If you take care of yourself it feeds your feminine energy. Trust me, your man WANTS you to be healthy. When you feed your feminine it also feeds his masculine, making it easier for him to step up and be the man you need.

Did it because I have worked on me to solidify these behaviors to become a high value woman. On Wednesday he told me how amazing I was, how much he loved me and valued our union and on Thursday he accused me of love bombing and left.
I must brokenheartedly reject the opening statement that if do these "he'll never leave".
The majority of men have never experienced a high value woman. Sad.

Women --- there is no level of perfect you can be that will keep your man from leaving or cheating on you. You can be at the peak of fitness and beauty, a wondeful cook, keep the house spotless and organized, be sweet and kind, give him everything he wants sexually... he might resent you for being "too perfect", making him feel inferior. When men feel inferior they tend to try to bring you down to their level, emotionally. I'm told that being considerate and kind all the time is "too boring" and not exciting enough for most men. Be yourself, do your best, respect of yourself and others, be empathetic and kind, be accountable for you own wrongdoing but don't become a scapegoat for others, keep your friends close, keep your job, keep your hobbies. Do not lose yourself in your romantic partner--as tempting as it is. We often project a fantasy of "true love ' onto them with almost religious devotion. Men are not brainwashed by fairy tales the way women are. If a man is going to betray you, he will. Be the best person you can be but don't drive yourself insane.

I recommend not starting the video with the hormone portion. I'd put that in much later because at first blush it seems misogynistic. I had to talk myself into hearing you out based on the content of your other videos. Also, many women like me cannot balance our hormones because of pre existing health issues. Example: breast cancer survivors cannot take any hormones whatsoever because it can cause the cancer to return. In my case, emotional intelligence pitch hits. When I cry for (literally ) no reason, I tell my partner that "my hormones are taking me for a ride, I feel secure in our relationship, but I really need you to say lots of nice things to me and hug me right now." He's wonderful about obliging; he does it genuinely and lovingly, and sincerely, and until i feel better which is usually a few minutes. Then i thank him sincerely for loving me so well. So in the matter of unbalanced hormones, emotional intelligence by both parties can fill in.

I have been dating regularly and not in any committed relationship, but enjoy friendships with great men and MEN LOVE FOR A WOMAN TO BE FEMININE AND WHO KNOWS THE RIGHT THINGS TO SAY AND DO RESPECTFULLY FOR HERSELF AND THE MAN/MEN SHE DATES. Lets not forget even with hormonal balance, women are more likely to act out on emotions. So lets let that out there. Women need nurturing,& get tired easily. A woman can have hormonal balance, but if she works 8 hrs &2 hrs commute to get home ,thats 10 hrs. After that she will snap & get hungry would want sleep. Only after resting she will(might get jnto self care or gym).24 hrs aint enough and not everyone can squeeze everything into a day lol

He makes me happier (overall) and even though we don't always see "eye to eye" sometimes, we give each other space and "choose each other" for we both see it as a "value-added" relationship. Hopefully, he gets that (and I think he does). Great info in this video.👍🏻⭐

Wonderful video My partnership of five years ended a month ago. When my true love decided to part ways with me, it truly is the only thing on my mind. I can't fathom my life with anyone else, and even though I've tried everything to get him back, it's all in vain. Despite my best efforts to put him out of my thoughts, I can't help but miss him and think about him all the time. I could not really tell you why I am saying this.

Especially as, you have an all female audience.
I don't feel that you are teaching women to become high value individuals that naturally attract 'Respect High Value Men.
Think very carefully about the language you use and judging by a lot of the comments.
