If I have no luggage And my flight is from Philippines to Chennai with different PNR two diff airlines what is the process sir (if I already checked in through online for my second flight)still I need to undergo immigration.?
yes definitely....you need to clear immigration again...but i suggest you try to go international transfer...let see what they saying...if they not allowed..than you have to clear immigration 2 times
Im travelling from japan to kl and transfer to DMK for 3 hours but still with the same airline. Should i need to check in again for boarding pass and immigration check?
if same flight and same airlines and same pnr...than you no need to check in and clear immigration....airline automatic transfer your luggage to other flight and you only need to follow international transfer boards....by the way when you going KL?
so simple....if airport same...amd pnr same....you will get both ticket on starting....after reach dmk....just follow international transfer sign board... international transfer/international transit....after you reach there....you have to go inside room...where are some counter....go to your airline counter show them ticket...passport...visa(for destination) amd they allow you enter....pass security checkin....than take stairs and reach departure hall....juat follow you boarding gate....check on information board
Hi My flight is from BLR to PNH and I have a layover in DMK. 2 different PNRs. I have almost 3hr gap, but self transfer. Both the flights are AirAsia. I don't have any check-in baggage. I have a visa free exemption in Thailand. So is it possible to enter international transfer/transit directly or do I have to go to immigration twice and then board the flight? Also, do I need a printed Boarding pass in DMK airport, or Mobile Boarding pass (obtained after web check-in) is enough?
@ just in case if they reject, then how long will it take for me to board the next flight? Also, consider that I have to pass the immigration. First I will go to arrival immigration, from there is there a direct route to international departures? Where I can get security check and next immigration?
in case they reject....you have clear immigration.. which highest take 30 min after stand in line....than you immidettly need to go departure terminal.....sorry to say but it will alot crowded..next check in maybe take 1 hour...you can print ticket from machine...and approach security checkin and immigration which take 1 hour atleast....
Hy sir, I am soon visiting Philipines from Nepal. Since there is no direct flights from Nepal, i will have transit in Dmk Don airport. I have to change airport from here to get another flight. I have to reach BKK Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport. i have 8 hour long wait. i have to change the airport because of the self transfer provison of my flight. So do i have to get visa in bangkok for this or not? Do u have any idea?
definitely you need visa... because you entering inside city and country...and don't think 8 hour is long....after land...clear immigration...and than go different airport which is totally so far....and traffic conditions....than again recheck in take your atleast 3 to 4 hours easily.. i don't know nepal citizen have visa exception for thailand...but if you need visa....apply for transit visa....not normal visa
@@olrytetravelthank you for your response sir. I will have 8 and half hour layover in Don Meaung airport. So will this be sufficient to clear immigration and reach the Suvarnabhumi airport? Your response would be much helpful.
If I have a ticket with two pnr that Chennai to DMK and then DMK to Hanoi with self transfer checkin baggage.. then we should go for immigration and take visa to re-checkin??
is anything there that we can buy in transfer area like food or stuffs for international transfer, sir? Because I have 9 hours transfer there, thanks in advance
@@kikimalu there is nothing available on arrival but after you clear transfer they make you send departure area where a lot of food stall shop available. after reach there I suggest you immediately transfer and go departure area. There lounge food court cafe and many more facilities available
first thing dmk and bkk are two different airport...which are very far from each other ...after reach bkk you have to go dmk...in bkk you have to clear immigration and after clear immigration you need to out airport and go another airport bkk ..i think all for this you need atleast 6 to 9 hour difference to get another flight in dmk... after reach dmk again you have to clear immigration and get ticket....all this process...bkk .. city... dmk....all take atleast 9 hours
If I have no luggage
