Im a professional artist and I will still never get why people do the step of sketch and full color the art, just to make the lines above it and then using flats and just do it twice. I mean dont you have already the imagination of how the art should look ilke, then the image would be already in your head. to me thies would be a double ,unncessary step that I could never do.
I agree with this. Alhough I find doing the rough shading something that seems more helpful as it is a part of the composition. As you are a professional artist, what would you say about some artists rendering things piece by piece? Like having a fully rendered face and then coloring the hair?
Because all artists don't function same way as you?
i think its because they want the lines to "blend in" some areas?
Fr I don't get it either. To be honest it's a very unnecessary step if you already know what colours you're going to use.
@@Xina_XinaI know that's a big thing in painting at least. The colors underneath can be partially mixed into the ones on the top, so you almost always put down some sort of base coat first

Please improve the animation features or a separate dedicated ibis animation app for android phone users as diverse as this drawing app.
Many of us can't use animation apps like procreate dreams that is only available on ipads, paid and also requiring expensive apple pencil.

I have few suggestions/ problem with Ibis (have already mentioned in feedback as well) why my line art dosen't look as smooth and clear like the one i draw on procreate and clip studio , line art there looks so fine and clean were as for ibis it looks smudgy blurr.
Please introduce a asset page like clip studio with more materials especially bg materials from all angle (materials on app are good but limited and outdated designs)
As a webtoon artist on ibis i have to zoom the long canvas and then draw it's tiring (can you add zoom scroll )

Hello, Sorry if I'm off topic, but is it possible for you guys to add a feature to the Animation section, the feature that creates layers in each frame will remain the same for all frames.
For example :
Frame 1.
it haves 3 layers =
- background
- sketch
- effect
And when adding a new frame, the layers in the previous frame are still there in the next new frame. Such as the layer selection position and number of layers too.
If you guys add this it will definitely be so perfect!! ❤❤

and the strike outer filter to have more sharpened edges but with softer one

developers of ibis paint or whatever they say, I come to tell you about an issue that seems unfair to me. And the issue is that on PC the application is paid and they only give you one hour to draw but on cell phones the application is free and you have to see ads to get the brushes

Ibis Inc, tengo un problema con la aplicación, un Bug más que nada, con el balde, se trata de que cuando coloreo de la nada se borra todo lo coloreado
No es un bug y es fácil de arreglarlo, deja te explico
Cuando seleccionas el cubo en las opciones te aparecen dos figuras, la del cubo y un borrador, al seleccionar el borrador borras lo que rellenes con el cubo, simplemente dale a la figura del cubito para que vuelva a funcionar igual (soy mala explicando espero hayas entendido)
@@anikochan2182 no era la opción del borrador, uso está aplicación hace años así que se q no es eso, por q de la nada se borra aveces todo o a veces algunas partes
